The future is female. Women are in fact, every bit as qualified as men are in most endeavors, and better than them at many. Women are ruling the world, day by day. If you’re a woman with a bit of life experience, you already know you’re the boss. We are uniting, conquering, and embracing the equality that has been absent all along. Given the challenges of being in charge, men are stepping down as they hand over the headaches and responsibilities for women to make an impact. For virtually all of history, women have played a supporting role to men. The queens, politicians, assistants, mother, and wife are notable for their relationship with men. Undergoing a male-dominated society overrides and weakens the opportunities and forefronts for women to prosper. Furthermore, women collaborate together and minimize war or war-like behavior. Women are the peacemakers. Females are less likely to engage in war and physical conflict, resulting in being a better ruler in saving the lives of individuals. Women empathize and have more regard for their own sex and the opposite gender when power and ambition enter the mix. A truly matriarchal world is less prone to conflict and more cooperative than the one that is inhabited by men. On the path of creating a great society and economy, women are the basis of creating a new vision in politics and on a social level. An increase in women’s position of power in leadership opens eyes for more educational opportunities and greater participation in the labor force for women.
