American Nurses Association strives to provide a safe and ethical work environment. The second organization is the National Association of the Nurse Practitioner Facilities and this lines up with the authors philosophy of care because they also believe in the importance of providing and promoting high quality health

This provides more jobs for medical professionals across the board especially nurses. This allows for nurses to become great leaders and advocate for their patients. The main focus on AANP political stance includes several values that provide a great framework. With both organizations they can help an individual to become a great leader and to be able to gain an abundance of knowledge.
