Assalamualaikum and good afternoon I bid to Miss Hafiza and my fellow friends. I am Noor Rasyefaziera bt Nor Hamdan. I am such a concern person. Why I say like that? Because I care toward our environment. Do you realize about it? Our environment keeps suffering day by day. How to overcome it? One of the ways to overcome it is by carpooling. Do you know what is it? It is not like the car will jump into the pool but it is when you share a car with anyone else like your friends, family members and neighbor to go together to same destinations like college, workplace and others. By carpooling it helps to reduce number of cars on the road thus, reducing emission of harmful gases into the air. Based on the Air pollution and Death Due to Cardiovascular Diseases by Rashidi and his team, state that transportation causes 56% of air pollution. If the harmful gases are too concentrated, it may cause illnesses towards living things like human, animals and plants. Although plants use carbon dioxide for photosynthesis process but it can no longer stand if the CO2 gas or known as greenhouse gas exceeding the needs. When the greenhouse gases are too concentrated it may cause global warming to the Earth. This can be a serious problem because Earth is the place where we are living. We need more oxygento inhale and survive healthily. The traffic congestion can also be keeping to the minimum if cars numbers getting lesser and lesser. Based on the journal that I have mentioned before in point one, life social of carpooling let you build friends network wider and new connections can be form from this activity. The driver can pick up their friends from house or at any transit to ease the journey and cut the cost. Furthermore, you can strengthen the bonds between family members by communicating inside the car, making jokes that can even make you closer than before. The journey also will not feel too lonely and you can enjoy the ride with your beloved ones.
