Recommended: The Importance of Respect

What do you believe is the most important core value (CDRILS)? Why? Respect, because if you do not have the respect for others how do you plan on getting peoples trust. Respect is a big one for me because if I'm not treated with Respect then why should I continue doing what I am doing. How would you tackle a situation in which one class pupil was being disruptive? I would give them 3 warnings if they continue to do what they are doing i would automatically fail them. What makes you the best applicant for this position? I have the experiance i was in USM since 2013 and they stressed training and i eanred a training medal there after training 20+
