The Monkey's Paw Summary

The monkey’s paw by W.W Jacobs. This happy family who lived in a small parlor in in laburnum. One night they had a guest who brought the monkey’s paw to the family’s house. Everything was all good until they made one wish.
A man named sergeant major morris had came to the whites family house and he brought a monkey’s paw with him. Sergeant major morris had threw the monkey’s paw in the trash but mr.white had wanted the monkey’s paw. The first thing mr.white wished for was 200 pounds. The next day when their son had went to work and then someone from their son job to tell them some news about their son. The whites family had found out their son had died from 200 pounds.
Mrs.white was sad because their son died. Then mrs.white thought about the

monkey’s paw and wanted to bring her son back.Mr.white thought it was a bad idea to try to bring their son back with the monkey’s paw. When he had went down to the basement to make the wish the candle had went out. Then a few seconds later there was knocking at the door then mrs.white had rushed to the door and the knocking kept getting louder and louder. Mr. white had lost the paw for a moment but when he had found it there was scraping from the chair and a creaking of the bolt.
People should always be careful what you wish for, because you might lose something or someone important to you that you can't bring back. When you are wishing for something you should be more specific about what it is. Think wisely and carefully about what you wishing for or what you wanna do. If you are wishing you might mean one thing and get something different.
