Although Juliet’s parents didn’t always listen to her they certainly loved her. On one occasion lady Capulet felt so bad about Juliet grieving over Tybalt she said “Marry, my child, early next Thursday morn, the gallant, young and noble gentleman, The County Paris, at Saint Peter's Church, Shall happily make thee there a joyful bride”(III, v, __). Lady Capulet is obviously trying to soothe her grieving daughter, although her methods aren’t the best it’s love nonetheless. Many people say the two were forbidden to be together, but they never even told their families, they didn’t even give them a chance. After Romeo and Juliet’s death lord Capulet sees how much they loved each other and said “O brother Montague, give me thy hand: This is my daughter's jointure, for no more Can I demand”( V, iii,__). These people are capable of change if they are given the chance. Romeo and Juliet just assumed their parents would shut them down. This impulsive and irrational behavior is exactly why the two
Some characters who are more commonly blamed are Romeo and Juliet themselves. With their headstrong personalities, and love, which seemed so sure, they had in fact condemned themselves. Romeo was the first to promote the relationship at the Capulet party. It was a case of 'love-at-first-sight' for him, so he felt obligated to seek Juliet at her balcony, and charm the engagement into existence. However the reality was that the relationship was condemned before it had even began due to the parent's hatred for one another. Romeo knew the two families didn't get on, so he also should have also known that the relationship was ill fated. Yet he still persisted in promoting the relationship. Surely he could have controlled his urges and stayed in the bushes in front of Juliet's balcony on the night of the Capulet party. On the other hand love is often considered an impulsive thing, and Romeo being an impulsive person only made the matter worse. An example of Romeo's impulsive behavior was when he chased Tybalt after Tybalt killed Mercutio, which resulted in Tibet's death. Romeo was horrified with what he had done, and expressed that he felt very irresponsible by crying out;
Friar Lawrence in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet "We still have known thee for a holy man"
Unfortunately, their love comes to an end, along with their lives, because of a misunderstanding and a persistent feud between their families. Although there are many characters in this play that have contributed to Romeo and Juliet’s death, Friar Laurence is the person most to blame. Friar Laurence’s actions throughout the play resulted in the two star crossed lovers’ death. He assisted the two when they wanted to get married, which began the disastrous events in the play. Friar Laurence says to Romeo:

At the end of, “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet,” the star crossed lovers kill themselves, for as the say throughout the acts, they both would rather die than be apart from each other. But have we really stopped and pointed the finger at the ones who are really responsible for the deaths of this famous couple? Of course, Romeo did willingly drink the poison and Juliet also stabbed herself, but who else could have influenced these irrational actions? Could it be the nurse and the friar for giving the two bad advice? Or would it be the families, for being filled with so much hate that they couldn’t see the love between Romeo and Juliet? Could the end result of these actions ultimately be the effect that the the star crossed lovers have caused
Romeo and Juliet is Shakespeare's first authentic tragedy. It is about two lovers who commit suicide when their feuding families prevent them from being together. The play has many characters, each with its own role in keeping the plot line. Some characters have very little to do with the plot; but some have the plot revolving around them. While the character of Friar Lawrence spends only a little time on stage, he is crucial to the development of the conclusion of the play. It is Friar Laurence’s good intentions, his willingness to take risks and his shortsightedness that lead to the deaths of Romeo and Juliet.

Had Friar Lawrence not been involed with Romeos and Juliets decisions the story may not have had a tragic ending. In William Shakespeare’s play, The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, Friar Lawrence should be blamed for the death of the two main characters. The first mistake Friar Lawrence does, is secretly marrying the two lovers with out the parents consent right after romeo had just loved his "perfect" Rosaline. Then, he agrees, to the Capulet’s, to marry Paris and Juliet. Lastly, the worst mistake was he giving Juliet the sleeping potion. All of his actions combined lead to the main character’s suicidal action.
Romeo and Juliet is one of William Shakespeare's most famous plays ever written. It's a story of two star-crossed lovers whose lives end tragically because they do not understand the hatred of their older generation keeping them apart. In Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Friar Lawrence is the cause for the lovers' tragic death because he married the two of them, he did not go to Mantua to send his message to Romeo and he fled the scene when he realized he could not save his plan.
Lady Capulet, Juliet’s own mother was part of the star-crossed lover’s death. Lady Capulet has her hands full with Juliet. Lady Capulet does not make an effort to reach out her daughter now that she’s of an age to be married. But it’s obvious that Juliet’s closest bond is with the Nurse; Lady Capulet never even comes close to challenging that. As a result, Juliet's mother wasn’t supportive when Juliet needed her the most. Just when Juliet needs her mom’s support, Lady Capulet coldly ignores her daughter pleas to help her avoid marrying Paris. After Lord Capulet storms out, Juliet turns to her mother to soften her father’s punishment. Juliet begs her mom to delay the marriage. Lady Capulet responds, “Talk not to me, for I’ll not say a word… Do as thou wilt, for i have done with thee,” (3.5.214-215). It seems very likely that Lady Capulet herself had an arranged marriage with Juliet’s father, and it seems she went along with it obediently. Juliet did not have her mother’s support. Additionally, Juliet had fallen in love with Romeo and the two decided to get married. Lady Capulet, Juliet’s mother, was unaware of the secret marriage and also encouraged the feud between the Capulet’s and Montague’s, creating more tension in Romeo and Juliet’s secret marriage. Lady Capulet is pushing Juliet to marry Paris even though Juliet insists that she does not want to marry him. Alternatively of Lady Capulet listening to Juliet reason

If Romeo and Juliet’s parents had been more understanding, they wouldn’t be dead. Romeo and Juliet should be blamed for their own death. Romeo expresses grief to Benvolio over the loss of his love Rosaline, “Griefs of mine lie heavy in my breast”, and just hours later, he falls for Juliet and so does she. This shows they were too impulsive in their relationship.
