What do you assume would happen if you ran out of water? Your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water. In the town of East Porterville, they have not had water in 5 months. Life is legitimately dreadful for them. They can not do basic effects that involve using water.
