The Importance Of Sucess

What I think makes someone a sucess, is if they try their hardest, or if the person wins or loses. My mom always told me, “Sucess is way more than just winning, it’s trying your best no matter what.”
First and foremost, someone is a sucess if they try their hardest at something. Even if a girl doesn’t win a trophy, she should still feel proud. She should feel sucessful for trying her best and giving it all she had. When I play softball, I always try my hardest to be the best catcher I can be. I always try my hardest to beat the opposite team, because if we don’t beat them, we’ll try harder next time. Even sports teams are proud to be their even if they lose the game.
Moreover, someone is a sucess when they win at something. Some people

think being a sucessis winning at something. In someways yes you are, but in someways you’re not. When you win at something, or get a good grade, you are sucessful, to a certain point. When someone gets a good grade or wins at something, some people take advantage of it. Some boys and girls brag about winning or getting a good grade. They always say their better than someone else when it’s not true.
Furthermore, someone is a sucess when they lose. Most people never think about this, but when someone loses, they are still a sucess. When a person loses, they’re bummed, but they are just as happy to be there as anyone else. When their team loses, they’ll know where to inprove on. That way, when they play again they’ll know what their mistakes were.
To summarize, if they try their hardest, if they win, or lose they are still a sucess no matter what. Thats what sucess means to me and what I think makes a person sucessful.
