The true meaning of multitasking involves having different activities, and shifting attention from one task to another. Being able to meet the standards of several different situations without making mistakes, and digging a bigger hole. The danger in multitasking is the effectiveness that can be dangerous, if someone tries to carry out too many tasks at the same time, and has too much to deal with at one period of time. In today's world, it isn't just the parents that have the problem of multitasking, with their everyday lives at work and at home. It's also their children too. By sorting the tasks and responsibilities in the appropriate grid I will be able to quickly identify activities that need my immediate attention.When I used the management matrix on what I did the in the last week. I figured I would be a quadrant three, but after looking at everything I was a quadrant two. Almost all of my classes have long term things I have to do for them. I had to prepare a surprise birthday party for one of my best friends. I also went to the gym on Tuesday,Thursday, and Saturday. I didn't think that working out was a quadrant two, which is great for me to hear. Some of my time also involves some quadrant four. I spend some of my time playing video games most nights before I go to bed. I'm not addicted to video games, it's just something that is relaxing and is something fun to do when there is nothing else productive to do. Being someone that multitasks on the daily, really isn't a good idea, but some things have to be done on a deadline as the time management matrix quadrant I, and I don't have time to sit a think about how to get it all done. If I only have a short span of a couple hours, and objectives to get down I have to slide multiple things to get it all accomplished. It could be very dangerous, if I mess up and it could mess up everything I did and can be costly for me, and the others
