time thereby; the critical open must be used wisely. However, training and preparation for warfare happen to be the only situation analyzed without pressure. Marines are now, trained on maximizing the little available time on learning in the operational area, the issues as well as individuals in it. After the analysis of the problem, Marines are then satisfied on how and where to begin the mission (George & James 250). Tasks are carried based in the chain of command because; there must be a mutual trust and hope. In preparation for a threat, SNCOs leaders take responsibility for evaluating the information thus, ordering Marines on when to carry on their duties. Analyzing on the way and weapons to use during war requires time to generate the depth of understanding what is positively expected of the area. Navy has to learn of the area as the whole, by being familiar with an own area and how it relates to the surrounding (George & James 250). SNCOs leaders should consider communication as the underlying concern in the mission thereby; there should be a minimal contact with the commander on the ground. There must be specific questions on the progress, to ensure the troop on the ground is strong. SNCOs leaders cannot reveal the level of details required until the gathering process is optimized. Information is only given on keen circumstances since it is the major part of the operational process (Nicolas 72). Training Marines is the best war preparation, should be majored on generating awareness on the environment.
Knowledge should be implicated on the trainee, probably on how to respond to various communication methods used by the military. The Navy opts to possess all required sources for gathering details thus; involves maps, diagrams social media as well as the chart for illustration. While researching on the situation of awareness, the military uses all the sources together to acquire knowledge which leads to understanding the situation. In missions there are no failures un-accomplishment is highly based on broken and unreliable methods of communication (Nicolas
72). Marine training requires more time because it is the most delicate physical and mental among all unified services. The training process is concerned lessons on the surrender situations whereby; are the process performed when adjustments are made. The mission of accomplishment is assessed on selecting personal assignments, where Marines should be trained on the first operations. The troop leaders must ensure that the process is straightforward and flexible thus, prepared to take actions in different phases at once. Lots of understanding in training understands the areas of connection, with areas of assigning the subordinate. Marine SNCOs leaders ensure that there are significant benefits which impact with the patrolling plan (Fenwick 197). With the believe that training fewer troops the marine dies, they must be trained in rifle pistol combat as well as tactics to apply during the operation. Irregular warfare is more complicating. Thus training must be implemented to Marines on how to follow instructions. Some Marine matters are complicated in that they engage in stabilization as well as reconstruction of missions. In a case of operational process violation, Marines are trained on how the situation is left calm as a warning (George & James 250). Preparation for war necessities does not only requires Marines to choose courses of taking actions but also possible chances of defeat. Marines are not only aimed at providing national security but also, depended on supporting the available infrastructures growth as well as a provision of health services. Dissect on the way and weapons to use during war require time to generate the depth of understanding what is positively expected of the area. The trained Marine must be made aware that, all Marine Commanders and leaders share a similar trait as well as principle. However, they should follow the order from any leader even it requires of them to carry a particular mission alone (Fenwick 197).
The Marine Corps today has developed itself into an elite fighting force based on strong naval traditions. The basic Marine is amphibious, which means that the warrior is capable of fighting on land and sea. The idea of an amphibious landing was developed through the training of the Marine Raider Battalions, which was tested and perfected in combat. Although there were two Raider Commanders with very different views on how to prepare their marines, Evans Carlson and Merritt Edson were responsible for training lightly armed Marines for amphibious assaults.

The United States Marine Corps are a branch of the United States Armed Forces, accountable for providing rapid power projection. Training is an essential aspect of becoming a Marine and being able to do this, so, Ian Tyson arrived at bootcamp, where there was utter chaos and confusion. According to Nofi, “The United States Marine Corps is America's best-known military unit and perhaps the most famous in the world” . The traditions of the Marine Corps date way back since 1775 and the current regulations have been derived from the way marines in the past carried out their day to day activities. Some customs have been incorporated into the current orders and regulations to be able to standardize conduct of the marines. It is important for a marine to know and keep in mind traditional customs because one should never forget their heritage, therefore, practiced tradition in the Marine Corps should take precedence over Marine Corps orders and regulations .

In examining the military history, one can easily find out that the main role of military leaders in the field is to decrease confusion and to guide units to achieve the desired end state. In accomplishing these tasks, Situational Understanding and Visualization have become necessary steps especially in today’s complex environment. This importance legitimates the question about their relationship between these two steps and the challenges facing leaders to achieve situational understanding and visualization. Readiness is of the utmost importance with training being the most significant aspect that contributes to Readiness. Each Soldier needs an individual training plan. Each service member relies on his/her record to dictate how they are treated and advance in the military. In addition to the rank system and individual record, there is a code of conduct in the Military, that is specific to each branch, which must be followed or severe disciplinary action will be taken. The practice of panopticism is most prevalent in the Marines, the strictest
The most effective commanders through their leadership build cohesive teams. Mutual trust, shared understanding, and accepting prudent risk serve as just a few principles for mission command. Mutual trust is the foundation of any successful professional relationship that a commander shares with his staff and subordinates. The shared understanding of an operational environment functions, as the basis for the commander to effectively accomplish the mission. While my advice for the commander on what prudent risks to take may create more opportunities rather than accepting defeat. Incorporating the principles of mission command by building cohesive teams through mutual trust, fostering an environment of shared understanding, and accepting prudent risk will make me an effective adviser to the commander, aid the staff during the operations process, and provide an example for Soldiers to emulate.
The second characteristic of professionalism is responsibility. General responsibility creates the moral responsibility of marines and helps us understand the set of values which guide us. In addition, however, marines must also possess the values of other human beings and question service to a society which does not respect these values. These values include justice, common courtesy, human dignity and humbleness. A government which does not respect these values is illegitimate and cannot be said to serve the society it directs.
