Although, these are big obstacles in achieving universal health coverage, we can still make a difference. First, you start by educating yourself, attain the correct knowledge in order to teach others. We must make an effort to research and be willing to learn through school. Knowing the types of illnesses going on around you and how to avoid can make you be more vigilant in the things that you do. Simply by taking care of yourself first by living healthy, getting enough sleep, exercising, practicing good hygiene and safe sex, avoiding drugs, getting your regular vaccination, and alcohol can you already influence the people around you with your good habits. Now, for a larger scope of people, you can raise awareness in your community about the things you know like spreading diseases in your area and how can these affect your lifestyle, as well as their rights to health care services and this can also prevent the spread of contagious viruses in your community. You can take action through your, schools, work places, teams and organizations to promote better health for all by reminding them of the things they need to do. Keeping a clean and safe environment is can prevent diseases that come from bacteria found in trash or in our surroundings and by also being mindful in the things that we eat.
