Students should communicate and build relations with their peers and in this effort, the community will become more accepting to diversity. Diversity will be recognized by interfaith relations and this will further encourage students build new friendship on the lines of their similar beliefs and values.
Fordham University needs to establish an official holiday for non-Cristian students on campus as granted to Christian students. Equal privileges and benefits must be accepted for the university to flourish in the coming years. Non-Christian students, such as Muslims and Jews, choose to commit to a Jesuit University in hopes of acceptance and building a relationship through their similar values.
