It uses love and hate to show how she’s feeling. “That I must love a loathed enemy” she says “why do I have to love a enemy” she loves him a lot and can’t live without him, these lines what Juliet uses when she finds out about Romeo being a Montague they use dramatic irony.
This was a very good play which had love, hate and fights. This was the story of two households, Capulet’s and Montague’s both alike in nobility. Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare explores the lives of ‘a pair of star crossed lovers’ from feuding families in the city of Verona. Their love and passion for one another is so great, that even an act of revenge doesn’t prevent them from being with each other. Act 3 Scene 2 is set in Capulets house and entails a conversation between Juliet and her Nurse regarding her cousin, Tybalt’s death and her lover, Romeo’s banishment. Juliet expresses her grief for Tybalt’s death and her abhorrence at Romeo’s deed. Although the Nurse blames Romeo for the death of Tybalt, Juliet’s loyalty and love towards her husband, enables her to overcome the shock.
This scene shows a contrast in Lord Capulet's personality and how he reacts to other characters in this scene, most especially Juliet. The scene brings about violence and an ultimatum from Lord Capulet which leads to tragedy. A chain of events start which embark on the
The house of the Capulets invites loyalty among the people but also hot tempers. Through the inability to understand Juliet and put aside their anger they may have been the cause for the events that transpired during the story. Lord Capulet, patriarch of the Capulets, is a man that demands respect and has quite the temper. When his character is introduced he is a reasonable father, taking Juliet’s age into consideration the first time he is approached by Paris about marriage. He allows Romeo to take part of his party after Tybalt discovers him. This seems to take a complete 180 later on when Juliet disobeys her father, after her cousin’s death, he threatens to hurt her. “I tell thee what: get thee to church o' Thursday, or never after look me in the face. Speak not. Reply not. Do not answer me. My fingers itch.” Act 3, scene 5,

Then the scene becomes violent when Juliet tells her mother that she is not going to Paris. Capulet steps in at this point and becomes extremely angry with Juliet. At this point tension starts to build up.
At the start the atmosphere remains calm. Capulet is worried about his daughter’s grieving for the death of her cousin Tybalt; however this isn’t the real reason for the upset. Shakespeare uses metaphors to compare the difference between the grief and good emotions. Capulet links Juliet to a s...

The tragic love story of Romeo & Juliet, as mentioned in the prologue, sets a variety of themes throughout Act 1 Scene 5. Many of the recognisable themes are: youth and age, revenge, forbidden love, fate, action and hate. Capulet and Romeo Montague, face a bigger problem; forbidden love. Taking place in Verona, an ignorant Romeo first meets a childish Juliet at the Capulet’s party. Romeo and his kinsman, Benvolio, attend the party masked, searching for his first love, Rosaline. Coincidentally, Romeo meets Juliet, a new beauty, and falls in love with her not knowing the fact that she is a Capulet. The feud continues, leading one mistake after another, until both families realize their selfishness at the last minute. The unfortunate tragedy of two “star-crossed lovers” is ironically caused by the impetuosity of Romeo and Juliet themselves (Shakespeare 7).
