The House on Maple Street On October 31st around 11:30 me and my friends were all out trick or treating. We walked up to house number 34 on Maple Street. We were not all paying attention to where we were going and that's how we got to The House on Maple Street. As we were walking into the gate a few kids including me started to realize where we were. All of a sudden the gate closed and all the lights in the house turned on. There was no car in the driveway, no noise coming from the house, and no person has lived in this house for the last 44 years. Or at least that is what everyone thought. As we all walked up to the door of the house, everyone started to panic. We got up onto the porch and the door creaked open. We all stepped inside and we heard something or someone. We followed the sound all the way …show more content…
We went back upstairs to watch our movie adn by the time we finshed it almost everyone was asleep. The next morning: I had set an alarm on my phone so I would know when to wake up to make the panckakes. I walked down the stairs turned on the lights and “SURPRISE” a bunch of people yelled. “ Whats going on,” I yelled I saw my Mom my Dad and Ava and Julias parents too. “We all piched in and bought this house so you know leagaly own it. A few days ago there was a police report saying three 12 year old girls where caught in The House on Maple Street, You might have gone to jail if we did not bye this house,” said my Dad. “ This is greatnow we do not have to worry about getting caught again.” We ssaid. 1 year later: It is now October 31st of 2018 and we are all partying at house number 34 on Maple Street. When we look at our phones memorie keep poping up from this day one year ago. Me and all of my friends familysput a lot more money into this house and now it looks like a mansion. Wait minute it is a
It was a regular night when a guy named Ben was reading a book in the living room. He was in the middle of a sentence when he heard a CRASH in his bedroom. He put his book down for a minute or two and waited to see if it was him or it was something in his house. he didn’t hear anything else but silence so he picked up his book and started reading again,he didn’t hear anything for the rest of the night.
up the steps and entered the house. A combination of horror and amazement swept over
Before that night, I didn’t believe in the paranormal. Now I sure as heck do. I had been chased out of my house after a fight with my step-parents because I wasn’t doing well in school (I had dyslexia), and I had taken shelter in what seemed like a normal house. I realized what I had gotten into after the sun set. The doors were locked without a sign of anyone going near them.
“On our audio recorders during a 36 hour investigation, we captured the voice of a little girl saying, ‘Where are we going?’. We recorded this when we were taking a tour of the building with Dean Simpkins of Mountain Ridge Paranormal Research Society. He was telling us which door to exit from during the night and he was saying that if he heard the door alarm, it would be him running a security check,” she said.
The street was silent except for the occasional shrieks and screams that could be heard from the same house they always came from. Three houses down from the corner of Shelberry and Birch St. to be exact. This was obviously nothing new as the noises that came from this house were almost always the same and almost always came at this time of night. The neighbors around here had gotten used to it by now, for they knew that the noise would end early on in the night, as the owner was still respectful to her neighbors and their kids. No one ever worried about about the shrieks and cries for help, because they all knew that no one was in any danger.
'What the heck was that?!?' is a very familiar phrase to many. Was it just the house settling? Maybe it was a friend playing a prank. Or could it possibly have been a ghost? The latter choice is normally ruled out fairly quickly. But for some, it is very plausible. To prove or disprove the possibility of an apparition, a surprisingly scientific and frequently detailed investigation is carried out.
After that we went to bed. The next morning my dad was going to work and when he passed the house we put it at it wasn’t there. He got scared because he thought it blew away because we didn’t stake it down. My dad called the neighbor when he got to work and found out they put it in there garage.
Soon again he heard some tapping at his window, something louder than before. He opened the window. In
As we walked through the woods on the dark cold night in October we notice screaming of what we had thought to be the neighbor girl. We creep closer to the large mansion and climb the gates to get in the massive front yard. As me and my friends Kevin, Douglas, and randy reach the front door, we slowly creep open the front door, we hear screams and yells and very quickly leave the situation. We head back to the house for the night and decide that we will make a plan and return to the mansion tomorrow.

In a small town in the mountains, it was a summer's day in June on the 27th. My crew and I are heading to the small town in the mountains that is 30 miles away and we were slowly approaching. For why we are going here is because of a strange way they do the lottery, so we are going to interview some of the townspeople to find out what they do. When we get to the town later that day it looked like a ghost town because the only thing we saw was a black box in the center of the town.
I woke up to the sound of an extremely annoying BEEP-BEEP-BEEP-BEEP, and I felt like a hibernating bear. It was like the darn alarm wanted me to get a knew one. But reluctantly, I pulled the switch on the back of the thing and pushed myself out of bed. I climbed down the ladder to my loft bed and went to pull my shoes on and get breakfast. I heard my mom yelling from her bedroom, ”Hurry up honey, or you’re going to be late for school!”
We went over there for even more birthday presents I left my grandparent’s house pampered with birthday presents to take home. I fell asleep around 10 o’clock that night and just before I closed my eyes, BING! I woke up to find my mother standing in the cracked doorway of my room holding the phone. The light from the doorway seeped into my room as if a racecar on a racetrack.
I woke up the next day to the sound of pounding on the door and multiple voices yelling at me to open the door. I quickly ran downstairs not knowing what all of the commotion was
“I have to tell my parents, but thanks,” I said before I closed the car door and walked to the front door of my house. What was I going to tell them? I knew my mother was going to be furious when I told her I let some boy into the house when both her and my father were out.
