Recommended: Utopia and society

This Utopia would be global.

The fundamental values would be: family, self, then allies. As is in family comes first, then yourself, then your (other species) allies. The goals of the Utopia is to explore the galaxy and find a way to make their society even better. Of course they have their own goals as they want different occupations to help their society and feel full filled before they pass away.

Children: In this Utopia the amount of children is not limited but it is more common to find one child in each family. This is because it is more expensive to adopt more than one child as all children are adopted from the PAA (or paap(Public Adoption Agency)). Depending on what the investigation came up with, manslaughter for instance, that person would get a psychologist to help with anything that might have developed from that. If that person did the harm with full intent then they would be sent to a place called the PHS (or Fizz (Public Health and Safety)) to get mental help. If all else fails to turn them around then they are sent to ROB2N (or Robsen (Recycle Old and Bad to New)). Victims and family and friends of victims will be given gifts. Families who lost children would be given a special offer from the PAA, in any situation. If a person presents behavior that could be or is self destructive then they are sent to PHS to get help and stay there until they find a good way to control the behavior. As for conflicts between two people the public, if this conflict presents a safety hazard, will get involved and it will be taken to court. Private and public mediations are both allowed. Most guns are for the military but pistols and guns for hunting are allowed as long as the owner has a license and has passed some tests to make sure the person isn’t going to hurt someone or doesn’t have any mental problems.
