The New England colonies were mostly settled by English and white people. The fact that the New England colonies were settled by Puritan Separatists that was seeking for religious freedom. Roger Williams contributed to the development American democracy by claiming that women can run Sermon which leads to gender equality. Anne Hutchinson was a symbol of religious freedom. She was actively contributing many different religious events. The Salem Witchcraft Trials is the event of accusing nearly 200 people for participating in witchcraft which caused 25 deaths. The intolerable acts : The intolerable acts have four major causes to occur the American Revolution - The Boston Port Act, The Massachusetts government Act, The Administration of Justice Act, The Administration of Justice Act, The Quartering Act, The Quebec Act.
