'Catching Fire' By Suzanne Collins

The book I read was “Catching fire” by Suzanne Collins. Katniss is the main character in the book; she’s also brave and generous to others. Katniss fought many battles in her life, one battle is that she still hunts for food and hides from the Peacekeepers. Katniss despise President Snow because he threaten to kill Katniss’ family, reason why is because he doesn’t want her to start a rebellion again. Katniss cares for her sister Primrose, mother, Gale, and Peeta; they are the ones that keep her going through the battle. During the game the other districts faced many dangerous environments around them to order to survive; they have to do dreadful tasks to still be alive. Wiress is the one that found out that the Quarter Quill is in a clock form

One threat is from President Snow, because he threatens her family because he doesn't want her to be everybody's leader and also to not start a rebellion against him. The second threat was from the Peacekeepers doing unpleasant things to district twelve, because they shot and killed many people. Next threat was going back to the game and facing all those horrific obstacles again but differently, it was the 74th Hunger Game Annual; meaning that all the districts that have won in the past have to play again. It was cruel because one of the winners was an elderly woman name Meg and she was not suitable to play the game but then she still took the risk on playing the game because she was saving her daughter from taking her place. The fourth threat is that the game has many dangerous environments; the environment that the other districts had to face things that make them go manic and basically some that gets them killed. Overall Katniss and the other characters still fought the battle and still knew who was bad and who was good that makes them the magnificent characters in the

Meg was the one that died during the acid fog because does not want to hold up her partner Gale and the other districts. The second dangerous environment was the jabber jays; the jabber jays are birds that imitated just like other people. Katniss and Gale heard half of the jabber jays sound like Anne and Prim. The third dangerous environment was blood rain; the blood rain is when real blood pours down and the other characters were soaking wet with blood. Next dangerous environment was the title weaves that comes on shore and takes people off shore and they drown to death. Katniss and the other districts was unbelievable brave during the bad part of the game because they fought back and gave their best at the
