The story started with the discouraging words of Elijah, the theme that runs throughout the story is faith and love which teaches us to trust in the providence of the Lord. At first, he started to disobey the will of God, but upon understanding his mistakes he realized that all of the struggles he experienced are just challenges that God has planned for him. The story is very inspiring. Elijah was destined to be a prophet and lead the people to the right path. He went through a lot of pain and suffering. He failed many times, but the progress he made and the people he met throughout his life were instruments. He experienced how to love and to be loved. But was thorned between sacrificing his love for the sake of his people and sacrificing his people for the sake of love. If I were in his shoes, I would sacrifice love for the sake of the many people, because I know that the one I love will understand and trust me for my decision. And I know that God has a better plan for my life. This one is related to John 3:16 states that “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting

The story starts out introducing the two characters that will found the Kingdom. Elijah Pierson and Robert Matthews who are two individuals that come from very different households, but their upbringings are partially what brought them together. Robert Matthews, later to be known as the Prophet Matthias, was born into a farming family of strict religious churchgoers. Matthews was taught to believe that everyone was corrupt which helped fuel his later views of religion. This idea shaped how Robert would view and teach religion when he grew older. As a child Matthews believed as did many of his community that he could talk to spirits. The validity of this is still up for debate among historians, as it has never been stated in church records whether
Give glory to your son, so that your son may glorify you… so that he many give eternal life to all you gave him” (John 17:1-2). He continues, “I consecrate myself for them, so that they also may be consecrated in truth,” (John 17:19). Jesus’ prayer is to bring us into perfection with God, for us to know him, and understand his love for us. This is achieved through God’s loving sacrifice as evidenced in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life”. Opposite from the notion that we must sacrifice our first born sons for God, God sacrifices his son for us. This is made reality in the passion and suffering of
That exact statement makes me or any reader feel that failure doesn’t always have to be perceived to be negative. Failure can improve personal growth. We are always scared out the outcome failure will bring, but that is the silver lining for our personal growth. If we concentrate more on the effort we put into a certain task, we can grow by the steps we take along the way. Anyone can succeed, no matter their

He wasn't going to make the hardships in life ruin him forever, but more likely life's challenges would make him reach farther and work harder for a better life.
This quote is important because it is saying the hardship might beat him down but he will never bow his head and let it win him over. He is basically saying he will not let failure be an

He demonstrated His love even when we did not love Him, by first loving us. The LORD demonstrated His love when Jesus came into the world to seek and save the lost. He paid the definitive sacrifice for those He loved. Equally, we are to love sacrificially. It transcends family and encompasses the beloved community.
Failure can cause a torrent of mixed emotions and thoughts. One can begin to doubt their motives for even attempting to succeed at a certain task. Some people may choose to give up after failure, but there are a select few who rise up to the occasion and move forward to try and succeed no matter how many tries it takes. By overcoming those difficult moments in life, it gives a person a sense of accomplishment and pride and that alone is a beautiful thing.

He intended to live a life of no regret, only spreading positivity to others and within himself. He lived a life of temptation greater than anyone around him could ever have even imagined. Even though he faced these temptations, and had all of the tools he needed to get whatever he wanted, he didn’t let these things control his life, and was able to lead a life without regret, never being remorseful for his actions. Although he did not want these writings to be published, the literature that he produced changed the lives of many, and gives many lessons to its

Accepting Jesus as fully human is as important as accepting him as fully divine. Jesus experienced stress, anger, frustration and loneliness but he chose never to respond sinfully to these experiences. Given the choice between popularity and telling people the truth, he chose the path that ultimately turned people against him and led to his death.

Those are examples of failure is only help people to reach their goal sooner or later. What matter is how hard you try and how bad you want to be success.
