The story started with the discouraging words of Elijah, the theme that runs throughout the story is faith and love which teaches us to trust in the providence of the Lord. At first, he started to disobey the will of God, but upon understanding his mistakes he realized that all of the struggles he experienced are just challenges that God has planned for him. The story is very inspiring. Elijah was destined to be a prophet and lead the people to the right path. He went through a lot of pain and suffering. He failed many times, but the progress he made and the people he met throughout his life were instruments. For me, being a leader, failure is not an hindrance to achieve what the best for you and the people around you. As a student use your failure as your strengths not as weaknesses, because those failures will teach you lessons that will lead you to success. …show more content…
