This sector has also led to huge employment generation, especially for young graduates. IT industry has enabled Saudi Arabia to forge close relationships with European Union and United States.
The success of the E-Commerce industry in Saudi Arabia is closely linked with the success of the IT industry. While he was in prison he was given the opportunity to pay the man’s medical bills which was twenty-five thousand dollars. Instead his punishment was the old saying of “an eye for an eye”, so the government ordered for his eye to be gouged out and he had to pay for the man’s medical bills (“Saudi Arabia Court…”). We as a nation should care about Saudi Arabia because their foreign workers are being mistreated, domestic abuse is very high, and women have little to no rights in Saudi Arabia.
If I had to market to Saudi Arabia I would concentrate on functionality with less of an emphasis on the sensitivity of the consumer. Or I would chose to concentrate my efforts on the home-sick American military and professionals to provide them with a "little taste of home".
