Have you ever wondered why someone may be nervous around new social events or people? There a struggle that some of us go thought every day it’s called social anxiety and it affects many people. It can make life hard large number of people in one place, unfamiliar surroundings, interacting with new people are the cause of my social anxiety.

There are many triggers for social anxiety, but one of the main ones can be large crowds or large volume of people in one place. When dealing with social anxiety, I know from experience that this is one of the harder triggers to deal with. This is because it makes it harder to get out and do events or going out into busy public place. People with social anxiety always feel like they have to watch their backs as they feel small and valuable in large crowds. I know personally that it really sucks because it makes going out and enjoying time with friends or even family because of the feeling like you always need to keep watch. Living with social anxiety is tough to live with and this is one of the many different triggers that can cause social anxiety. …show more content…

Having to deal with new place can be hard for anyone but new places can be petrifying for someone with social anxiety because it’s the fear of the unknown. When going to a new place there are many things going through their heads like what if there are a lot of people, what if I mess up and people start talking about me. When in the new place they lose that sense of security and I know from what I deal with their minds start to race, then start to jump to the worst possible outcome that could happen but most likely won’t. This is hard because it can make it really hard to enjoy a good time outside your security level.
