Frequently, people can disagree about events they are 100% sure happened. The Mandela Effect is particularly bizarre because the only proof of existence resides in one’s own memory, which gives opposers to this mysterious effect reason as to why it doesn't truly exist. The two biggest concepts as of today are on the mysteries of “The Berenstain Bears” and Nelson Mandela’s death, two ideas that are very relevant right now.

The Mandela effect thrives on the unknown, however the theory has a solid foundation of background information. This childhood show is spelt ‘Berenstain’, never having been ‘Berenstein’ (Emery). Contrary to popular belief, the cartoon has always been spelt ‘Berenstain Bears’, pronounced “Bear•en•stane’. However, millions can specifically recall the series being spelled ‘Berenstein’, pronounced ‘Bear•en•steen•’. In addition, the authors’ names appears changed as well, matching the title’s alteration (Emery). The family of bears was named after the creators. Their last name, “Berenstain”, was thought, in addition, to have been “Berenstein”. Although, there is absolutely no proof of “The Berenstein Bears” in any form, technically it's only ever existed in countless memories (Emery). People reviewed old VCR tapes, DVD’s, cassettes, record players, even home videos with no success at finding “The Berenstein Bears”. Mandela Effects are especially bizarre because you can be 100% certain an event happened or a detail was different, however those ideas cease to exist in this realm.
