This would help to decrease the risk for the prices falling to a low level during the time where there was a surplus bank in 2001. Palm oil industries also help the economic growth of a country because it helps the rural places society to generate their income. It is also reduce the rate of unemployment because this sector offers variety of jobs and field to join. After years research and development of palm oil, they have found that there are many advantage using palm oil as the bio-fuel. One of the advantage is the combustion of pal oil bio-fuel does not rise the level of carbon dioxide on the atmosphere as the oil is merely returning the carbon dioxide obtained earlier from the atmosphere through photosynthesis. It is the maximum number of acres that a person can actually do based on the strength and morals. Malaysia is facing lack of workers in palm oil industry. So they using foreign worker from Indonesia to work in that kind of sector because they are seen harder working in plantations. Besides, salary is one of the factors why they prefer work in Malaysia than in their country. Then, the workers have their own rights wherever they want to work as long as they follow the rules and regulation for foreign worker work in Malaysia. Furthermore, the Indonesian worker came to Malaysia is based on their self interest. There are looking for social benefits for their family, well being and so on. However, some of the Indonesian worker are not interested to work in plantation anymore. The private and public companies are currently facing the lack of workers as a result planters lose up to 5-10 percent of their fruit each year due to labour shortages, cutting Malaysia’s total export revenues by about 2.5 billion ringgit ($766 million) annually. (Anuradha Raghu 2014). Moreover, there is now set a guideline for palm oil companies to use when implementing their commitments to address the deforestation associated with this operation. As demand for the palm oil skyrocketed in recent years, they have many practical approach for the companies to follow to have a sustainable oil palm industries.
