• The Apostolic Church (A.D. 30-70)
1. This period notes the start of the first great evangelization from the Apostolic Church, and it lays a new foundation into creating the spread of the Good News to the established Christian communities. It says how the Church is fully aware of what God and Jesus desires of us, and how we follow our faith through them giving an understanding, which shows loyalty and dedication to the Church.
2. In this part of our Church history, an insight that we can gain from this period would be how the Apostles especially Peter and Paul began establishing the Good News into the Christian communities by the Holy Spirit descending upon them during the time of the Pentecost. It was also the time when the early followers of the Church declared a name for themselves, known as Christians.
• The Early Church (A.D. 70-312)
1. This period shows the sacrifice and struggle it took for the early Christians to spread the Word during the time of persecution of Jews and the Church in Israel and Rome, which led to the work of the Gospel of Christ become preserved for the future followers. The way Peter and Paul sacrificed themselves by dying as martyrs and the distance it took for the early followers to spread and escape from the horrors of persecution strengthened the bond and lasting of the early Church, since it showed the …show more content…

This period shows how the Church can also learn to revive the faith of every person and group, and how changing but also controversial it can be if abused, due to the rise of education, cultural and moral lighting, relationship between state and church, but also the increasing heresies, corruption, different religions and conflicts in the Medieval Church. The morality and personality of the Church was low and at risk of danger, but by the efforts of other saints and preachers, they were able to establish the spirituality and naturalness of the faith by administering the needs of other people using missionaries, wisdom and
