Koalas are arboreal mammals, meaning that they live in trees. They live in eucalyptus trees and feed on their leaves, which are poisonous to most animals. A koala’s home is decided by two main factors: the presence of other koalas and eucalyptus trees. They can eat other tree leaves, but that usually occurs only when eucalyptus leaves are absent (Crawford n.d.).
These dragons live in the marshy area on the continent of Pyrrhia and are also carnivorous. They have thick, brown scales that resemble armor with amber and gold under scales. Mudwings are typically bulky and strong. If their body temperature is warm enough, they can breathe fire. Mudwings can blend into mud puddles and hold their breath for up to an hour. Dragonets, which are baby dragons, that hatch out of blood red eggs have scales that are almost impervious to fire. Some of the most notable Mudwings are Queen Moorhen, Clay, Umber, and Sora. The second dragon tribe of Pyrrhia is the Sandwings. These dragons live in the desert under the scorching sun. Just like the Mudwings, the Sandwings are also carnivorous. They have pale gold or white scales that resemble the surrounding desert sand. Sandwings have forked, black tongues and a poisonous barbed tail like that of a scorpion. They can use their barbed tails to poison their enemies. Since they live in the desert, Sandwings can survive a long time without water. They can breathe fire and bury themselves in the sand for camouflage. Some of the most notable Sandwings are Queen Oasis, Princess Blaze, Princess Blister, Princess Burn, Dune, Sunny, Queen Thorn, and
Ko-kee, ko-kee... are the mating calls of invasive Coqui frogs who have invaded a majority of the Big Island. These Coqui frogs, also known as Eleutherodactylus coqui are native in Puerto Rico and these small frogs are considered their national animal (Singer et al). Coqui frogs were accidentally introduced to Hawaii during a shipment of plants from Puerto Rico to Hawaii in the late 1980's. Coqui frogs are about 2 inches in length and are usually light brown or gray with a stripe down their back. Over the past two decades E. coqui have spread to the four main Hawaiian Islands and other places such as the Caribbean, Florida, and Louisiana (Singer et al). As of today, the Coquis intensive mating calls can be heard throughout every part of the Big Island during the night. While the Puerto Ricans love the sound of the Coquis, many locals in Hawaii dislike them due to the environmental and economic damages they are creating. Coqui frogs are detriment to Hawaii because they are a serious threat to the native insect population, compete for food with Hawaii's native bird population, and cost residents and businesses millions of dollars each year (McAvoy).

Although it may seem quite absurd, the role of animals in The Eyes of the Dragon is a very supreme and dignified part of the novel. Through the development of the novel, the animal kingdom roars novel from insects to dogs and they all play their own, individual roles. The great black and white Anduan Husky named Frisky who is, out of all of her dogs, Naomi's favorite, leads Ben Staad and Naomi directly to the whereabouts of Dennis, Peter's butler.
Dragons are very popular mythical beings because they are capable of flying, swimming, and walking on land. This makes a Dragons attack much easier because he can exploit the weaknesses of his victims by using earth’s natural elements earth, air, fire, and water. Dragons have sharp teeth and a tongue shaped like an arrow. These creatures can breathe fire, but some cultures believed they spit ice or another venomous substance. All a dragons power is in its long, scaly tail.

With a population of less than 10,000 the red panda is listed vulnerable on the endangered species list. “The red panda has small cat like features but markings like a panda or a raccoon (Bearlife). “The red panda lives in Asia its habitat ranges include central China, Nepal, Myanmar, and Bhutan (Bearlife).”Reasoning for red pandas becoming endangered is habitat destruction. “Once living in many parts of Asia, the red panda is now confined to parceled territories that collectively are a fraction of its original habitat (Bearlife).” The red panda is a beautiful and magnificent creature. But sadly it is dying off that is good reasoning for humans to take matters into their own hands by making the Panchthar-Ilam-Taplejung Red Panda protected forest.
Some may see The Doors front man and offbeat poet extraordinaire Jim Morrison as the epitome of American culture, while countless others may see him as the complete antithesis. Rising to fame as American involvement in the Vietnam War reached a pinnacle, Morrison’s acclaim grew in a time of great American turmoil. The war in Vietnam was held as an issue of high controversy amongst many Americans. Many saw our involvement as utter ludicrousness and did not comprehend the need to send U.S. troops overseas to fight a war they had nothing to do with. As a result, certain Americans began both directly and indirectly rebelling against the beliefs and norms of the time, and thus, the counterculture movement was born. Jim Morrison became an icon of this rebellious revolution against a confused American government.
It is said that in order to protect the wildlife, we need to be educated about the wildlife that inhabits our planet. As humans, and the superior species on Earth, we put exotic animals, aquatic and terrestrial, in zoos or aquariums where people can go to see them to learn more about them in order to protect them. It just so happens that by putting these animals into captivity, we are causing more damage to them, just as damage is occurring in the wild and more species are becoming extinct. Animals should not be held in captivity; it does not save them from going extinct, but helps kill them off.

Rainforests are home to a large number of the world's plant and animals species, including many endangered species. As forests are cut down, many species are doomed to extinction. Some rainforest species can only survive in their natural habitat. Zoos cannot save all animals.
Leadership is seen as a process by which one individual influences others toward the attainment of group or organizational goals. It is a social influence process, which involves voluntary action on the part of followers and it is always purposeful and goal-oriented. Leadership deals with influence and is not the same as management, which includes planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling.
