introduction It hasn’t been a long time since I come to study in Japan but one thing that I noticed is that there are many Thai people in Japan. When I went to a tourist attraction in Japan such as Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya , I saw many Thai tourists. I wonder why Thai tourists keep coming to Japan and the trend seems to increase every years so when I had to present about elements from my country in Japan, I was not hesitate to present about Thai tourists.

At the same time, in Japan wherever Thai tourists go, Japanese people always bow to them. That’s make Thai tourists impressed in Japanese manner and they also feel like they were at their home because bow looks the same way as Wai. Another reason why Thai tourists keep returning to Japan is “No cheating”.
Thai tourists said that When they get into a taxi, they are confident the drivers will not reject them or take a misled route or wrong destination. Furthermore, If they lose something, they are confident they will get it back. This kind of situation not always happen in Thailand Besides, Japan’s top security and safety are one of the reasons that make Thai tourist love travelling in Japan. As Thai tourists always come to Japan with their family, especially senior citizens and children, security and safety of groups is top priority. Japan is so safe Thai tourists who come in family group don’t need to be worried that their wallet or their phone will be stolen by someone. Besides, there was one in the list told that “Do not use your chopsticks to pick up food for other people.” Concerning this problem, in Thailand we always eat in family style and sharing dishes with each other with out serving spoons.
