We all live by our own ethical values which truly gives us identity of who we are. Our social lives are ruled by a system of convention known as laws. We are bound by rules, whether, it’s at our workplace or at the school. What is the law? There is no simple definition to distinguish what the law is. For some it’s a legal arrangement or a codification of behavior. Meanwhile, on the other hand, some know it as a constitution, the supreme law. It is what establishes our base that we ramp up this country from and relish each one of those right. In what manner the constitution protects us today? How does government keep a business under check? The competition law allows everyone to compete in the marketplace where they are open to advertise and trade their product according to the standards. For Example, Tesla Motors is a company that was founded by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning in 2003, and started off very small scale.
