Only kids think that they can change the world. But in reality, everyone can change the world. So many people in the world think that kids or teens can change the world. In the word “ Teen Activism” only means that only teens can change the world and their community. I think we should call it “ World Activism.” That way everyone can change the world. Usually, teens share their protest on social media. One 15 years old girl, who lived in Pakistan, protested for girls rights to go to school. Her name was Malala, she wanted girls to go to school and have their own rights as a citizen. She wanted people to hear her words of protesting for girls rights. But, on October 9, 2012, the Taliban, shot her in the near side of her head. Once they shot her in the head they started running as if nothing happened. The ambulance came and brought Malala to the hospital in England. She went to England to make sure that nobody would attack her in Pakistan again. Later, the Taliban committed that they attacked or shot Malala. They wanted everyone to hear that it was a warning. The wanted people to realize that it was warning if someone goes against girls education. The Taliban believed that girls should not get their education. They thought that they should work with their mothers at home. They believed that boys should only get their education, so they can become strong and independent people. When Malala recovered, she told the whole the world “ I will stand up for girls education.” It means she will still stand up for what she has started. A few months later, she went back to school in Birmingham England, she went to Edgbaston High school. In the article “ Malala Yousafzai Girls Education” by Time for Kids, said a quote “I am excited that today I have achieved my dream of going back to school.
