Finding himself in the biggest pickle in his life he sat down and cried. He did not know how he would ever provide for his family. The next two days he tried to talk to Erda again and beg for his job, but Erda had no care for him and on the last day of his job he took his last box of his possessions and walked home. His wife was waiting for him at the door with open arms to comfort her husband. The next week was especial hard for him they had nothing else in their house to eat, no money to buy anything, and their oldest daughter need a new pair of shoes. He decided that a quiet walk in the mountains would be the best opportunity for him to think to himself and figure out how he would support his family. Thinking back to the time when he was the boss and everything was great to what had happened to make his life take a complete turn and wind up at the bottom. He didn’t understand what made him want to get rid of Erda in the first place. Erda was the hardest worker he had ever had. The only problem Erda had is he didn’t ever go to college to get a degree. Avogadro wished so much that he had not fired Erda in order to fund his swimming pool.
My team consists of four other people besides myself, Lauren Chojnaki, Alexa-Louise Patnode, and Jacobe Loewen, and Ryan Tyriver. Together, we are tasked with the mission to complete a stakeholder analysis regarding a specific organization and their structure. For this project to be completed successfully, it is important that all team members are able to cooperate with one another and are able to use their different strengths to create the best end product.
Mary Jane was a woman from California she was married to a man by the name of Dan and they had two children Brad and Stacey. They had to move to Seattle because her husband Dan had gotten a job offer at Microrule. When they moved it wasn't long before when Mary Jane found a job as a supervisor at First Guarantee Financial, this was one of Seattle's largest financial institutions. Everything had been going good for both of them. Then after twelve months of being in Seattle Mary Jane's husband was rushed to the hospital with a burst aneurysm unfortunately he never regained consciousness and then died. It was real tough on Mary Jane but she went on, she had to support her family as a single parent. So three years had gone by when Mary Jane accepted a promotion to move up to the third floor at First Guarantee Financial. The third floor was a place that everyone talked about they basically bad mouthed about them, they did not have a good reputation. They were known as the energy dump. The only reason why Mary Jane was taking this job was because when her husband passed away not all the medical expenses were covered so she had to pay for them and provide for the family. At the same time she wondered what had she gotten into. If she only knew what she had in for her?
Mr. Pontellier was a very demanding, know it all, kind of man. He expected his wife Edna to come to him at every beck and call. He never let Edna make any decisions of her own. For example, Edna couldn’t sleep one night, so she grabbed a shawl and sat at on her porch for a few early morning hours while her husband slept. He awoke, without her beside him, and demanded that she come in and go to bed. Why couldn’t she stay out on that porch and dream of good thoughts? She was a very unhappy woman, and many nights, she would cry for hours about her unhappiness.

This lady described a story about a young server that knocked on her door with a room service order. After delivering the order, this little server admired the woman's hair and told her that he was a professional hairdresser and would be happy to give her a haircut. The woman declined the offer and became so uncomfortable that she had to speak to management. David staggers into the kitchen of the old wooden home where his wife is washing the dishes. As she scrubs a pot he can see that she is raw with exhaustion and jittery with coffee. David holds the letter out to his wife, not wanting to meet her eyes. He stammers that it’s time to move and sell the farm, ashamed that there is no other option. Farrington chugs a beer and goes back to the office and is supposed to have copied out an important document for a case. He picks up the documents and takes them up to Mr. Alleyne's office, hoping he won't notice that they aren't done. All Farrington is thinking about is going out to the bar again but he's completely broke. While he's thinking about this, he doesn't even hear the boss calling his name. Teamwork plays a crucial role in implementing and fulfilling a common goal in a team project. Each member plays a role and takes on different responsibilities combined together. In different stages of teamwork, conflicts and arguments may occur for as members have different standpoints which need to be harmonized within the team. The key to having an effective teamwork is to explore each member's unique abilities to motivate them.
