For example, when I pulled up the website, there were 370 coupons available with a total of $559.01 in savings. Screen Shot 2015-11-05 at 9.58.00 AM 2. Keep A Schedule Take one lap around the store, and you'll see that Target has many items on clearance. Use Cartwheel By Target Cartwheel by Target is another free smartphone app that offers savings on items anywhere from five to 50 percent off. It one-ups the typical paper coupon because Cartwheel coupons come in the form of a QR code that can be scanned directly from your phone - no scissors needed. To learn more, you can download the app, sign into your account via Facebook or go to cartwheel.target.com. A photo posted by Fabiola (@couponlady03) on Nov 5, 2015 at 8:25am PST 5. Sign Up For Mobile Discounts Yet another way to receive discounts is through Target's mobile coupons. If you choose to opt-in to these coupons, they will arrive right to your phone via text message every other Saturday. Once you find a coupon you want to use, just show it to the cashier and he or she will scan the barcode seen at the top, so again, no scissors. Sign up here. Combine Your Coupons In addition to all of these options for coupons, Target also offers coupons via various manufacturers. Even better, Target's coupon policy specifies that, per item, you are allowed to combine one saving from the Cartwheel app, one mobile/web/app coupon and one manufacturing coupon. Using three coupons to save money on one item can really add up - and in some cases, can get you the item for free! A photo posted by Natalie.Makayla.Layla
Target has not significantly penetrated the online shopping business as compared to its competitors Walmart and Amazon.com
According to Kantar Retail, most of Target’s shoppers are younger on average than its rivals, and more educated. That means it has to consistently offer something different and appealing; it emphasizes more on the latest-trend apparel, eye-catching home décor and exclusive designer merchandise than its competitors. The more familiar you are with a store, the more opportunities you have to get a great bargain. First, you need to register for a store loyalty card, which is a program that offers rewards in different forms for being a customer of that store. Next, familiarize yourself with the store’s coupon policy, you can find most online. It is advised to print the policy and carry with you in your organizer. Policies differ from store to store, being able to reference the store policy, will save you a headache at the register. If not available online, ask the store management about their policy. Religiously sticking to couponing may not be the healthiest choice, there are not many coupons are available for meat or produce, but the saving are worth the products given up. Couponing can create a few problems but overall takes the stress off the women when they know they have saved usually at least $15 off their total bill.
