TACTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE RECONNAISSANCE REPORT
MILITARY GUARD SERVICE FACILITY - LODGE HILL
Introduction
1. 173 Clerk of Works (Construction) course was tasked with the production of a Tactical Infrastructure Reconnaissance Report (TIRR) for the Military Guard Service (MGS) so that they can carry out their 24 hours guard of the camp.
Background
2. There is a requirement of infrastructure development in order to coordinate the decision to reside Professional Engineering Wing (PEW) in Lodge Hill Camp (LHC). Meanwhile, infrastructure improvement plan are being developed which will be delivered in number of packages. Subsequently, the first of these package has already been decided and will be the delivery of a MGS facility. It will be located at the alternative entrance gate at the LHC.
Aim
3. The aim of this TIRR is to provide a detailed technical design for the construction of the MGS facility so that the assigned Military Construction Force (MCF) is able to plan, resource and construct the proposed facility within given time.
Reconnaissance Data
4. Location. The project site is located within the perimeter of LHC to the South of the current entrance gate. Site reconnaissance has been carried out prior to the production of this report. The Location Map is at Annex B.
5. Site description. The majority of proposed site is a greenfield however there is an existing guard hut, which is built on concrete slab. The existing French drain is running North to South adjacent to the perimeter fence. The level of ground is gradually sloping towards the South. The Warren building is located at the North West. The Lodge Hill Lane is running parallel to the proposed site.
6. Climate. The climate of LHC is depends on conti...

The men of the 714th Tank Battalion served their country in its greatest time of need. A key element of the 12th Armored Division, the 714th fought in harsh conditions against a desperate German enemy for five consecutive months, driving the Nazi Armies from France and back into the German heartland.
The critical leadership problem facing the 4th Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) is disengaged leadership has created a unit culture tolerant of sub-standard and inappropriate behavior of and indifference. While deployed 4th ABCT’s leadership fostered an elitist unit culture, tolerant of, and indifferent to individual development and personal needs. The demands of the short notice deployment coupled with the SFAT mission change create a stressful environment and planted seeds of separation within the Brigade Combat Team (BCT). The change from offensive operations to security and stability operations negated the Mission Essential tasks 4th ABCT completed during their Mission Readiness Exercise and resulted in 4th ABCT not receiving

The activities within the Hanford Nuclear Site is a mystery, but the information released to the public is what is available. The Hanford Nuclear Site was first established in 1943 to produce the plutonium for nuclear weapons such as the 2 atomic bombs dropped during World War 2. The nuclear site homed the first full-scale plutonium production reactor in the world known as the B Reactor or 105-B. The site also contained 3 nuclear reactors which were 105-B, 105-D, and 105-F and three plutonium processing canyons which were 221-T, 221-B, and 221-U. During 1945 after the war ended, the site has built 554 buildings.

Initial projections show that the current schedule will take 50 weeks to finish with a final budget estimate of $3.152 million. Although the project estimate comes in under budget, the time frame for completion extends beyond the acceptable 45 weeks. Therefore, the following discussion takes a closer look at the project's conditions by developing a project priority matrix, project network, and a Gantt chart to help Bjorn Ericksen and his team reduce the project duration. The author then offers a project closure approach.
JM2 Willis Athletic Facility: Engineer of record responsible for managing site design for a 1.56 acre proposed athletic facility located on the east side or SH-75 in Willis, Texas. This project included design of the site layout, drainage, detention, and water and sanitary sewer utilities for two athletic buildings. Due to site constraints the layout of the site included a straight wall detention pond as well as a private liftstation. (Design completed 2/2018)(Estimated Construction Cost:

It is time to stop sitting on the sidelines and join the tip of the spear. Throughout my 14 years in the U.S. Army, I have always challenged myself to seek new goals that will simultaneously serve the Army in a more demanding aspect. My work ethic and passion to serve has landed me at a point in my career where I am ready to apply my abilities to assist the Special Operations Command in any aspect deemed necessary. Joining the elite Special Operations Command is not just a goal, it is something that means much more.
The Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Survey Teams find out information on an enemy target in order to defend the country against the threat of CBRN weapons and Weapons of Mass Destruction. The Army has drastically evolved in terms of the Chemical Corp. Today there are multiple units around the world that operate in Survey Teams. The two most popular units in the Chemical Corp are Technical Escort Units and Chemical Reconnaissance Detachments. There is much confusion about what the operations of these two units entail. This research paper will describe what they do as well as discuss the similarities and differences between the two.

Operating the largest machine in the world won’t be essay. The collider has two functions, it is to accelerate particles to high speeds in a beam that is about 2mm wide and then to direct the beams to the heart of the collider, where the head-on collision takes place. The particles that the Hadron collider accelerates are protons and lead nuclei; these have positive charges and so can be steered by magnets. These super magnets (9,300 in total) are used to control and steer the particles as they make their way around the 27km loop of the Large Hadron Collider. The Hadron Collider actually has two beams which travel opposite to each other so two sets of protons can travel towards each other. At the heart of the collider, the two beams meet for a brief moment, and that’s where the things go bang! This is where the explosion takes place and where the scientist, can try to find new elements.
When talking about the creation and operation of Semipalatinsk Test Site, we can envisage the problem from several angles.
