Dank Superheros
There are many Superheroes with lots of different powers, they all have their own unique ways to fight or interact with others. But there are only a few attributes that make a Superhero great, that make them better than the rest. All great superheroes have the ability to fly, they have super strength and they are invincible.
Some of the Superheroes have super strength one of them being the Hulk. The Hulk may look like a normal person at first, but you do not want to make him angry, as he gets angry he begins to turn into his huge steroid using monster, who has enough strength that he can grab and throw helicopters from mid air. The Avengers one example of him showing his super strength is in the avengers when he jumps from extremely

high heights rocketing through the air and landing with the ground cracking under his feet. Super strength is good in a superhero because that makes it super hard to beat in a fight for example the Hulk has been shot many times and it never seems to bother him, he just keeps on fighting, he can take on anything that is thrown at him. Having powers like these can also lead to taking on Tony Stark in his hulkbuster suit where the Hulk was ripping pieces of the armor off.
My next superhero with super strength is Superman. He isn't called the man of steel for nothing, his super strength is like no other he can not be damaged by our weapons or by anything other than kryptonite. An example of this is when he was face to face with a robber and when the robber shoots him in the eye the bullet instantly drops to the ground due to his impenetrable body he was not affected by this. Having a superpower like this is good in a way due to the fact that he can also withstand anything that is thrown in his path he can also take on creatures bigger than he is like in the movie batman vs superman after then agree on their differences a abnormal being is spawned by a corrupt scientist superman takes it down with the help of batman and wonderwomen, superman took a lot of beating from the creature but in the end sustained no damages. In addition to Superman another superhero with super strength is Antman. Now you may not think my next choice is good but in all reality Antman is extremely powerful but only when he turns small. Antman was told when he put on the suit that when he punched when he was shrunk down it was equivalent to the
force of a bullet hitting you. You can tell in the movies that when he punches it is close to the force of a bullet people are flung back and knocked out. Having this kind of power is good because he can instantly knock out the bad guy without being seen. Antman also as he is shrunk down fought the Black widow in the new Winter Solider movie. He made this list because he is the size of an ant but has the power of a gun. Not only is super strength a good attribute but having the ability to fly is equally important to have in a superhero. Iron man is a prime example of this, he may seem like a normal smart/ rich man but behind all of that he is a super genius who made a suit of armor that could allow him to fly and shoot pulsers from his hands. Having this ability is good because he is able to save people from falling buildings like he did in the second Avengers when the city was uprooted and put in the air. In addition to having an ability like this is an advantage because he can save his friends/ allies with this power. In comparison to Ironman who has has a lot of movies based around him, this superhero has not been shown a lot but he is also one with the ability to fly is Falcon, he is able to use robotic wings to propel himself in the air to catch anything or anyone who is important he can also keep an eye out for anything that is going on. A prime example of this is in the second avengers he was flying from place to place carrying people to safety. In addition to having this power he is able to get to places faster and keep a birds eye view of the ground My last superhero that can fly is Thor, he is a good choice because he is a god and can fly at extremely fast speeds this is good for chasing down enemies. For example, in the first Thor movie you see him fly back to his home planet at lightning fast speeds. Holding a power like this is extremely helpful due to the fact it can save lives and get to places faster than normal My last quality a superhero must have is the ability to not be hurt. One of these heroes is Superman, he isn't called the man of steal for nothing. You can throw anything at him and he still will be able to get back up and fight, in one part of the movie he was shot in the eye and the bullet reflected off of him. Having this is good because you can take anything on, you can keep fighting no matter how hard you get hit. My next superhero is wolverine created by weapon x he is not able to die or be hurt and if he is his body just regenerates. This is good to have in a superhero because he can fight things much stronger than him. In the X Men movies it portrays Wolverine fighting during the civil war and the time period on the movie is around 2008. A power like this is extremely strong when used right you are able to cut through anyone in your paths you are practically unstoppable. Finally my last superhero is dead pool, also created by weapon x. When they made him they tried to get him to fight for them but he broke free and went off and did his own thing. One example of Deadpool's powers is when he was handcuffed to one of the other X men, his only way out was to rip his hand off. Detaching him from the other person. A power like this can be used to implement having no fear, if you aren't afraid to lose a body part then it will not stop you from not going all out in a fight. Every Superhero has his/her own special trait or feature, some of them are just ordinary human with suits that give them powers. Either way super heroes have their own unique powers and unique ways of acting with others and fighting bad guys. But some of their powers make them better than the others such as the ability to fly, super strength and invincibility.
Now from what I have read from this article is that this author is trying to target
We are currently living in the Golden Age of Superheroes. They dominate our cultural life, and have become seemingly permanent fixtures in modern media. Since X-Men burst onto the screen fifteen years ago, we have witnessed the release of over forty superhero movies. By 2020 we will have seen the release of more than twenty-five more. Today, the much anticipated film Superman vs. Batman has come to theaters. Though a plethora of superhero movies have been released, it is to the dissatisfaction of many, having long been exhausted by the stories of the Hulk, Batman, and Spider-man. Although I must agree that it is quite easy to get bored with the constant action, and flashing colors of these films, if one looks deep enough into the story they will discover universal themes and metaphors. Though they may be fighting off alien invasions, these heroes are also battling with their personal challenges, challenges which we can
Super Physical Strength – The physical power of Wonder Woman are on the same level with Superman and Captain Marvel Shazam aka. Although this is by no means as strong as Superman and Wonder Woman, but at least he can compensate for the physical strength of the man of steel. When Power Girl was under the influence of mind control, Wonder Woman look able to compensate in hand-to-hand combat. Wonder Woman is the opposite commensurate to Captain Marvel.
However, there are some limitations on this Superman power in both the laws of physics and in the laws of the human body. The first restriction is that in an X-ray, tiny rays will pass through any atoms that don’t have enough mass to stop the rays (Inglis-Arkell). This is because when an atom absorbs a photon (ray), one of the atom’s electrons has to jump from a space near the atom to a space that is further away using a precise amount of energy (Inglis-Arkell). However, an electron do...
Beowulf is “stronger than anyone anywhere in the world” (Raffel 110-111). Everyone knows how strong Beowulf was because they have watched him rise from the darkness of war, fighting and hunting monsters out of the ocean (246-253). Opposed to Beowulf controlling his strength, Hulk’s limitless strength is depended on his emotions, especially his rage. Hulk is strong enough to destroy anyone he wants to, if he is angry enough. Hulk is portrayed as a “dull-looking muscleman or a steroid addict” and he “embodies an inner rage” (Knowles 154). Hulk is physically one of the strongest and most powerful comic heroes of all time (Marvel). Both Beowulf and Hulk have supernatural strength.
The difference between a superhero, as we know from movies and comics, and a traditional hero is rather unclear for many people.. In modern times, a superhero is often a being with supernatural abilities. For example, the movies depict them as individuals with super strength, night vision, the ability to climb walls, and so on. The majority of audiences have been spoiled with these unrealistic depictions and are unable to recall the real or “traditional” hero. In the texts, The Epic of Gilgamesh, The Book of Job, and Bhagavad Gita, heroes are not “as seen on television”, but something more. The heroes in these stories carry great strengths such as wisdom, patience, and pride. To illustrate these characteristics, the protagonists themselves
Superman can fly and shoot lasers out of his eyes, Spider man can shoot webs, and Thor has a hammer. These superheroes rely on their weapons or powers. Hulk; however, doesn’t have powers to rely on, so in a man-on-man battle, he would always win. “His capacity for physical strength is potentially limitless due to the fact that the Hulk’s strengths increases proportionally with his level of great emotional stress, anger in particular.” Because Hulk's strength is controlled by how angry he is, he can never be out matched strength wise. No matter who the Hulk is up against, his strength will always be more than his opponent. Hulk doesn't need any super powers because of how enhanced his physical abilities
It established that Batman could bench 1 thousand pounds (454 kg) and leg press 2.5 thousand pounds (1,134 kg). The weight provided is on par with the world records for both respective exercises’. Being able to do this and still be fast and agile enough to keep up with the fastest athletes in the world. In the book “Becoming Batman: the Possibility of a Superhero” it is hypothesized the workout is possible given a determined trainer, 4,000 calories a day, 20 years, an insane sleeping schedule, and a strict study and workout schedule (Zehr, 2008). However, many fitness experts believe that this workout would basically kill a person.
If one were to create a superhero to represent characteristics that today’s society deems important, the hero would possess multiple qualities. Important qualities in today’s society include strength, tech savvy, and bravery. Strength is important in today's society, because everyone can look up to someone like Superman. Another perk of possessing super strength is the hero would be able to assist those in need just like Beowulf and Superman. Being tech savvy would be an important trait for today's superhero to possess. Being tech savvy would be important because of how technology has changed the playing field. Without an understanding of technology it would place a hero at a major disadvantage. The next trait a hero would posses is bravery. It is an essential trait for every hero to possess. Bravery allows a hero to leap into battle in the face of
Superheroes. We’ve grown up with their stories of saving the day, dressed up as them for halloween and wanted to be just like them when we grew up. But something that I’ve always thought was extremely interesting about superheroes are they all wear masks. Whether they are saving the day or just out and about, they are always hiding a major part of who they are by putting on and taking off that mask on a daily basis. But when you think about, don’t we do that too? We constantly put on these masks to make us feel “cool” or to fit in. We are more comfortable putting on these masks rather than be who we truly are. Because if we took these masks off in front of others, just like superheroes, we have the fear of being thought of differently or judged for showing someone who we truly are.
Being a hero means that one can show courage when it comes to facing a problem. It is a person who helps others in many ways, such as a person in danger. In the modern era, the creation of superheroes have become popular when it comes to producing films. Viewers can choose their favorite heroes due to the idea that there a many of them. However, most fans argue which superheroes are better. Two of the most popular superheroes are DC’s Batman and Marvel’s Iron Man. Although Batman and Iron Man are loved by many viewers because of how they help people in danger, they still demonstrate imperfections which can cause viewers to dislike them. However, both superheroes share similarities and differences between themselves. Batman and Iron Man have
When you think of a superhero one normally thinks of Spiderman, Batman, or Superman, but there were superheroes long before these characters were created. First one must understand that the basis of this name is hero. What is a hero? A hero is a person who does something special or out of the ordinary in order to help others. It could also be someone who is admired for a characteristic about them, be it physical or mental. They are individuals that normal everyday people can look up to. This being the case, a superhero is nothing more then someone who is a hero, but not just that once and for that one person, but someone who helps many people, or leads them. As time went by the number of people who were true heroes diminished and just doing something for someone was no longer big news. There had to be something more to make them stand out. The American culture needed someone or something to admire and that is where our common day superheroes come into play. It gave them a goal which could never be reached in hopes that people would never stop trying.
Although he is sometimes questioned by his appearance and feats compared to other superheroes, he is an amazing superhuman that can overcome any challenge, which occasionally includes overcoming the common cold.
Doing research on ancient Greek astronomy is particularly interesting to me because of its fundamental contribution to the evolution of modern scientific theory. Without the use of modern instruments, the Greeks, especially individuals like Ptolemy, Aristotle, and Hipparchus, made important advancements in our understanding of celestial phenomena. Their theories, which include the idea of epicycles and Ptolemy's geocentric model of the universe, show a sophisticated attempt to explain celestial mechanics and planetary motions. Greek astronomy also reflected a comprehensive understanding of the cosmos by being entwined with mathematics and philosophy. Examining this era reveals ongoing discussions about the nature of scientific inquiry, the
Captain America is not like the average superhero. Captain America, or his alter ego Steve Rogers, was a frail young man who was chosen by scientist Abraham Erskine to be tested with his experimental serum. That experimental serum made Rogers from a weak, bony young man to being to the peak of human perfection. Right after that, a Nazi spy appeared and shot Erskine, killing him. “In order to keep Nazi spies from obtaining the serum, Erskine hadn't written down the serum's ingredients, along with much of the procedure, having instead committed it to memory.” (Comic Vine) Rogers was the only super soldier manifested. Given a patriotic costume and a shield that not only is nearly indestructable but is used as a weapon, Captain America was born.
