Issue Statement: Doctors WIthout Borders MSF has been working in Haiti, a small country in the caribbean, since 1991, a time during which the country has been stricken with everything from streetfighting to devastating natural disasters, including the 2010 earthquake. Through it all, MSF teams have tended to patients, assisted in births, and provided access to medical care for hundreds of thousands of Haitians who otherwise would have gone and passed without any care.
