David, I am sending my proposal draft. It is not near perfect, but I think, you can get an idea that what I am proposing. I am still working on phosphoproteomic part with the proteomic center here at Purdue, so it will look little disturbing.. Please go through and write the part for the modeling. (preliminary data and aim 4). I am not sure that what I wrote in the modeling part are even correct and logical. So, you can laugh at me, but not loud:). I wrote that we are developing two models with and without CTR1 movement. If you give me the darft back by October 1st, then I will revise and make changes. Any comment and criticism will be helpful.
