Declaration of Independence Preamble When in the course of human events, It becomes necessary for students to gain independence from parents and teachers and must state the reasons for why we seek to be independent. It is our sole responsibility and our right to declare our freedom from our parents and teachers and which is why it demands of us to write our own Declaration of Independence to earn the freedom and equality that we seek to gain from our elders. Declaration of Student Rights We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all students are equal and that we have been given the rights of life,liberty and the pursuit of happiness since our day of birth. Our parents and teachers should give us the freedom to do what we hope to accomplish.
