Introduction
It has been suggested the “Stress is the eyes of the beholder?” What does this mean? This statement mean stress caused by our own actions and reactions of emotions that produced by the body. I agreed about this statement. Stress can get from the environment, the problem of the relationship between each other, health problems, financial and self-personality problems for everyone.
Actually that stress never sleep in your life in daily. Sometime we will feel how stress when do something a lot or too much to think about. It always come and go but as human being we must know how to manage and find the solution for ignore the problem that you have in our life. we must see and know that stress is not always bad, is not the same for everyone and stress exist even if there are no sign of it. We will see that stress has their impacts on individuals and give an effect to the whole life if we don’t know to manage.

I agreed about this statement. Stress can result from the environment, the problem of the relationship between each other, health problems, financial and self-personality problems.
Certain types of stress are normal and healthy. We need a certain amount of stress to become motivated and achieve our goals. What is stress? You will find that stress is about too much work and that will make you stress. Actually stress is one physical response to someone, something or environment that make you feel uncomfortable, upset and threatened. Stressors refer to the causes of stress and the effects as the response.
