I arrived on scene at 17:10 hours. A juvenile was standing under the carport beside a white Dodge Durango. The reporting party, Kaella D. Barners (F/B, DOB: 05/04/1977), exited the front door when she seen deputies arrive. I approached the juvenile, Katera Edwina Barners (F/B, DOB: 08/29/2000). Katera was calm and cooperative. Katera had been upset at her mother. I observed an end table on the hood of the vehicle. I asked Katera if she put it there. Katera said she threw it there in attempt to damage the vehicle.

The case begins with the murder of young Kimberly Nees, a recently graduated girl in the year 1979. Her truck was found pg no evidence of something being stolen or sexually damaging showing it was personal).
My dad bought his red Dodge Dakota truck in 1995. When he got the truck it had already hit a deer and two cows. Since he has owned it, its value has gone down considerably, even though he has spent more money fixing it than he paid for it. If it was worth as much money as it has cost to keep it running we could sell it and buy a new car. It is red with a stripe down one side-- yes, only one side, the other side has no stripe, I have no idea why this is. There is also a huge dent above the right hind wheel that occurred when a horse tried to jump in the back of the truck. The new, improved, revamped bumper is bent slightly down from the deer and other things that it has hit.

Christine has made numerous outstanding points regarding the legal aid that Martin can receive regarding his mountain property, Otis illegally establishing property on the mountain property, his coastal property, and lastly, his 1966 Pontiac GTO car that was stolen by Benjamin who was not a valet at the restaurant Martin decided to dine in for the evening. This reply will address the stolen car. Although the car dealer said that he did not know that the car was stolen, he also did not want to cooperate to make sure that Martin, the victim, was taken care of. The car dealer made the statement that he had to be compensated for the car before he would give it to Martin. These words are not words of an honest God fearing man.
Now, let’s consider about short-termism of this case, it is not the failure of our current approach to promote ethical business conduct in my opinion. Because there are no technical problem or issue with the car itself, the car is normal and not had any damage or broken engine at all. Nobody was being hurt, injured or killed by the “defeat device” in the car’s engine. So that this is not a really big problem at all because of no death informed. I consider this aspect because there was another case which is also in car industry but people had been killed up to thousands number.
