When you getb to pick a topic on your own. People tend to focused on the problems that are on the surface. I decided to focused on women law enforcement. Law enforcement has been around for years. But having women in law enforcement is tougher than it looks. Law enforcement is considered a masculined job. Meaning that is for man. Nowadays women are changing the culture on how our society see. Men are being exposed to feminised values. Which exposes them into acceptance. But not at the rate it should be. Still having trouble for men to accept women.Researchers have conclude that law enforcement has little femine values.
Not all women are going to accept the label of “women”. Women only progress when they have acceptance by their collegues. When their collegues have a hard time accepting them it brings them to their defeat.
