A couple of months after I practiced forming rain and air, I decided to start on the harder elements earth and fire. I figured after I got the basics down I would be able to play with all the elements together somehow maybe, I didn’t know quite yet. But I learned to not really jump ahead of myself after discovering my magic. ’Hey Stel, wanna go to Barns & Nobel’s to get more books?’ my Dad yelled from downstairs. I ran to the edge of my door opened it. “Yea, just let me get dressed Dad!’ I yelled back I shut my door and ran into my closet picked out a green and black checked plaid shirt it had a grey hood on the back of it. I loved this shirt it was one of my many lazy hoodies as I called it. I put it on my bed, opened one of my dresser drawers, picked out another planet shirt this one was a little whimsical planet shirt. They were having a party and making fun of Uranus. I placed this on my bed too, I grabbed my black high tops out of the corner, and some old worn out jeans, and got dressed. After I was finished dressing, I grabbed my brush and went over to the mirror to brush out my messy brown shoulder length locks. It took me a good 20 min to get it all brushed out. After I was finished, I put the brush down smiled really big in the mirror, grabbed my backpack ran out my bedroom door and down the stairs. ‘About time Stel, you take almost as much time as your mom’ ‘Whatever Dad! Come on I need books on earth and fire now’ I said as I grabbed one of the breakfast sandwiches off the table. ‘Ok, ok I’ll stop teasing, let’s go’ Walking out of our house, into the car and driving away to the bookstore, a little ways away we were being watched by someone. ‘Yeah Boss…we got her…what? Yeah her parents are geniuses won’t be long ti... ... middle of paper ... ...he device soon, who knows when they will strike and take our Stella away’ my dad chocked out the last part ‘do you think they know about her…magic?’ my mother asked ‘if Stell can sense them, I think they do know, they just don’t know how powerful she will become, our Stella is extremely intelligent for her age, she deserves more than this world has for her’ my dad says while turning to his wife ‘Thomas are you going to contact him?’ my mom asks ‘I have to Gloria, he said when I was a young I could come to him with anything, anytime, well it’s time to ask that favor’ ‘You did save this rhelm from something of our world, right?’ ‘yes, I did, he’ll be able to give Stella the protection that we can’t’ my father catches his breath in his throat before hugging my mom. ‘We’ll be alright Thomas, you me and Stella, well be ok’ my mom says hugging my Dad back ‘I know’

Days past and nothing from dad and Jack not getting better. I get extremely tired and sick. After many hours, there is a knock on the door and I realize that dad came home. I jumped up in joy and hugged him. He looked a lot better. “Hello. I missed you guys so much!!” dad says.
Zelda's father placed a hand on her shoulder, “Yes.. I too believe things will turn out okay for both you and your father,” he said assuringly. First, I went to pick up my stepson from the day care. To make sure he stayed warm I decided to let the car run while I ran inside to get him. Being just a quick run inside, I decided to leave the car unlocked. After returning to the vehicle, I strapped him to his car seat and then we proceeded to the grocery store. I kept running through my mind all the things that I needed to buy. Being a little preoccupied with all the traffic and not paying attention, I passed the grocery store and had to turn around and go back.
