My eyes fly open. Lance is beside me, shaking me and calling my name. Oh, Cerba, it was a dream. It was all a dream. “Lance, I’m awake! Stop shaking me!” I say. My throat hurts. “You were screaming, Johnny. You scared me real bad...” he says, sitting back. “I’m sorry. I was-” “What were you even dreaming about? I’ve never heard a scream like that before.” All I can recall in my startled state is that Lance was mad at me. When he hears my silence, he gets it. “Right. Come on. We’re going to Starbucks,” he says, getting up and pulling on a shirt. I tilt my head, but get up. “What’s a... Starbucks?” I ask. He gasps. “You’ve never heard of Starbucks????” He seems emotionally attacked. I shake my head and he grabs my wrist. “We’re going right now.” Oh, Cerba. He physically drags me by my hand out into the …show more content…
He sighs, frustrated. “Do I look angry?” he asks again. Looking down, I shake my head. “N-no...” “So why would you think I was?” “I..I don’t...I just... I... I’m sorry... I didn’t... I wasn’t thinking... I shouldn’t have... I... I... You’re my frie-” Suddenly, his lips are on mine. I take a breath, my eyes wide. What. Is. Happening? He’s kissing me! He’s actually kissing me! Closing my eyes, I kiss back. He wraps his arms around me and I allow him to. My breaths are quick against his cheek. My heart is racing. Is this what love is? Or is he just trying to prove a point? After a moment, he pulls away, giggles, and bites his tongue. His face is pink. I press my fingers to my lips. “Now do you believe me?” I stare at him, my mouth hanging open. He laughs and sits back, stretching his arms and putting the behind his head. He seems so relaxed about this. Tilting his head up, he smiles and closes his eyes. “So, anyway, I was thinking. I really like you, Johnny, and we’ve known each other for two years already. How about a date?" A date? Epic-friking-Lance wants to go on a date with me? I’m shook. I’m speechless. “I... I-um...uh...” I stutter.
" SHUT UP AND LISTEN " he yells as I look at him and nod.

"Sorry," she said, turning to face him, his once always happy expression replaced by weariness and despair.
My face turns red and my jaw clenches. She knows she had aggravated me, a smug look on her face. "I'm sorry, but I can't hang out with my friends? "
"But it was-" He cuts me off. "No, shut up." He says once again. "Shut up.
"I-, I don't. I don't understand-," he tried speaking but his lapsed breathing stopped him from speaking
“I- I- I- can’t.” “Okay, I’ll come to you. What’s your address?” Why does he want to meet me?
“You have ten seconds to explain why the heck you just did that before I-” she makes this annoying tisk tisk tisk sound and shakes her head.
“I am, Sir.” She grins as she sees Him smile as well, reaching out to stroke her face softly. Wrapping His fingers in her hair he pulls her to Him, kissing her deeply. Their tongues pressing and molding together in fiery lust. Releasing her
His hand finds the small of my back and I take note of how perfectly it fits, as if he’d always been meant to touch me there. We hug the wall, figuratively unfortunately, and he let’s me think I’m leading him, but his hand guides me and I relish in the contact. He stops us abruptly, though and reaches for the wall. I’m unsure of what he’s doing, but I see his hand grab something and he pulls. There’s a soft swoosh and a hidden room appears.
My face turns bright red, and I bite my lip thinking this through. Kiss me? I wonder. He takes a step closer, and smiles at me, lifting my chin with his hand. His eyes lock with mine, and stare passionately into my soul.
“Uh . . . err . . . um.” Mason stifled a pathetic giggle. “No
“Perfect dream. Slash nightmare. Great job.” He scratches the back of his neck, and I’m sorry to say, looked cute while his gaze fluttered to the ground.
“No, why? What is wrong with you? Are you sick or something?” I replied showing confusion on my face.
