Overview
The United Nations Special Task Force of South Sudan would be highly privileged to grant their recommendations in an attempt to try truly understand South Sudan struggles that they have been battling ever since 1899. With all due to the respect of the South Sudanese civilians, our task force will genuinely ponder on what we believe would best suit the nation's current status. As well as provide a proposal that allows for the country to not only continue to grow but thrive and prosper. With the previous issues, Sudan has faced we only wish what is best for the country. By adopting a federalist system it will allow the small towns to speak up and make a change on issues they believe to be bothersome. One issue, for instance, is child soldiers. Children, in Sudan, are being forced into the army whilst leaving their families and homes behind. On top of the child soldier crisis, South Sudan encourage young children to sell drugs. This is not only an unethical practice but should be against the law. Embracing a Federalist System will allow the lower levels of government to speak up. The country will hear about these issues and make necessary changes. The Bill of rights will allow there to be a protection for individual liberties. It will list out all the individual freedoms each citizen has. For instance, in 1950 South Sudan restricted the freedom of religion to their citizens. The bill of rights will truly benefit Warrap and Northern Bahr El Ghazal. As stated earlier, there are children from as early as the age of 10 that are suffering in an effort to generate an income for their families. Children are placed into physical labor jobs where they are forced to work in industries, farming, Brick Making, Mining in order to receive money to provide for their families. Not only are children struggling, but 1.7 million families were forced to leave their homes in Jonglei. The bill of rights would serve as a law that goes against inhumane acts. Every citizen deserves the right to privacy and freedom. Each individual deserves the right to live freely and receive respect from the government. The government should serve as a form of protection rather than a form of threat. And the creation of a bill of right will ensure
