Solar Energy Dbq

Solar energy is starting to become popular with houses, buildings, and other things as
well. People are starting to question solar energy like is it polluting the earth? Is it really better
for our environment? People are starting to second guess solar energy but it is still used and
more and more companies are starting to use them. I believe that solar energy is better for our
environment then using any other energy source. We use things like oil, gases, and other
harmful things that pollute our environment and kills other sources that are very useful to us, like
air, water, and animals.
Unlike things like fossil fuels that will run out the, sun will always be there. You can’t ever
run out of it and you get it for free. Solar power is renewable …show more content…

It’s not we will run out it’s that later on in the future it will be more expensive
(Source C). So unlike fossil fuels that can damage our environment later on in the future solar
power won’t cause any serious harm to our planet. Later on the price for oil will get more
expensive because of Hubbard’s speak were we reached our 50 percent limit that’s when oil
becomes more expensive and solar power will be cheaper (Source C).
The other reason is that solar power generates power silently (Source B). It’s true
instead of paying for workers to dig for oil which can take days, and they can sometimes do it
near offices and schools were classes and meetings are going on and they can’t get any work
done because of the noise it takes to dig for oil. The last thing that solar power helps us with is
that the enough energy hits the earth in one hour to meet the world’s yearly energy supply
(Source B). This can help us so much because yes it might cost more for a solar power panel
but the sun is for free and it’s never running out of light. “The science of today is the technology
of tomorrow” (Source D). This quote states that the science of today can help us create new
technology that can help us out later on. Like solar power panels are run by protons
