Social workers allow many great experiences, such as child welfare and family services, mental health, medical social work, school social work, community organization .Social workers have extensive strength and potential and their faces the different challenges also social workers life offer a fundamental skills for those who need to learn it. Social workers lives play an important role in our society in different ways because they deliver all creativity in our society. Author state in her book that “Social Furthermore, the important information the author state in his book about the school social worker life is that “A school social workers may be found in any school from nursery through college”(Wittenberg 78).This research reveal that the school social worker can work in any educational department for example schools and colleges. School social worker provides tutoring in school and colleges. They work hard to help student to solve their problems. Moreover, school social worker life purpose is help for special children in which they makes plan and organize different sources to provide special kids better Author stated this is a serious issue that has to solve, and everyone should paid equally. “Social workers on socio -economic gender inequality in Lagos State, Nigeria Achieving equitable distribution of income and alleviation of poverty has for some time been a major and critical development issue” (Oalyeye 5525). Author explains Social worker life facing different challenges in Nigeria female work same as men does, but they get different amount of pay. This describes Social worker help people to get through with their problems but they face challenges as well. “Every country that has the intention of succeeding as a nation has an odious task of enhancing the welfare of its citizens. This should be done in such an egalitarian manner that every cadre of the workforce feels secured and adequate” (Oalyeye 5525).
