Social Diversity

Social diversity means that all of the ways that people within a single culture are set apart from each other. In other words the ideas of social diversity are expanding. The reason this is happening is because global interaction and communication are becoming easier and more common. Also the life standard of living is improving too. This elements include ethnicity, lifestyle, language, tastes and preferences. The more people that are exposed to some certain elements of culture, the more possibility that those elements are to be absorbed into it.
The largest economy in the United States is Texas. After a great remarkable growth rates during the years of 1970s and early 1980s only Texas was conducting to a series of economic reversals that produced

fundamental changes in the state’s economy. There was an enormous significant decrease in the importance of oil and gas to Texas economy. Later on there was a disaster pattern of back and savings and loan failures with consequences for real estate and capital investments. Mexico was having some issues and they had a disastrous effect on the economies of many of the border counties and cities. Like any other state, Texas was having his ups and downs, but it is now in much better shape that it was before in the 1980s.The economy of Texas has a $1.2 trillion gross state product it’s also undergoing diversification. Still now the Texas economy relies largely on information of technology, oil and natural gas, agriculture, and manufacturing etc. The new high tech industries are taking on more importance in the economic transformation. Even though the state’s economy has been affected with the global economy with the increased dependence on commerce and trades, factors that will become even more completely with the continued use of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
The political culture helps Texas to explain the political behavior and policy choices of Texans. It also explains how people perceive the fundamental role of government and their expectations of government and those holding public office. The people who had worked with Daniel Elazar on the theories of political culture have identified dominant political subcultures in the United States. The three subcultures are the individualistic, moralistic, and traditionalistic subculture. A short brief summary of the three subculture is that the individualistic holds the view that politics and the government function as a marketplace. The government provides a serving for a stable political order in which private individuals and groups can follow their own specific interests. Then, the moralistic subculture holds the view that society is constructed to serve the general interest or the general good of all within its borders. The third subculture which is traditionalistic subculture holds the view of the government and the political order that are designed to serve the interest for few people. Texas is distinguish by the individualistic and traditionalistic subcultures, this helps to understand the states conservatism. Also the restrictions placed on government and the limited support for the policies that change resources.
Texas continues to grow as decades pass by.

Also the society changes every day. Immigrations and natural population has been affecting Texas society and economy, and eventually will end changing the political environment. Mostly Texas history has been tied to Mexico’s history and the acts of the early settlers. Within the recent history Mexico has been tied to the three major industries of Texas; cotton, cattle, and oil. At present Texas has diversified its economy, but still continuous to struggle by making sure that all Texans have equal access to all the opportunities that the state is offering. Based on the theory of Daniel Elazar Texas political culture clasp the values of both traditionalistic and individualistic cultures. Texas economy is very wealthy and generates amazing amount of production as well. Now in days Texas is a big producer of high equipment and has profited handsomely from

NAFTA.
Being around with different people who comes with different cultures make us more creative, more diligent and harder-working. Before anything else, knowledge diversity it can be difficult. The word “diversity” can lead us to anxiety and conflicts. In the Supreme Court it could lead justices on disagreements on the virtues of diversity and the means for achieving it. The Corporations spends billions of dollars to entice and have the power to manage diversity both internally and externally. Even though they still face discrimination lawsuits and leadership ranks of business world remain predominantly white and male.
Parties have the responsibility to include diversity and influence the process of related issues in all areas of society.

Political parties encourage political participation in many different ways, and the parties use members in a number of different ways so they could support and also gain more support. One of the examples is examining carefully and leafleting campaigns to raise awareness of the party, its aims, a system of ideas and successes. Leafleting campaigns is a way of gaining investments for the party. The parties involved their members by inviting them to reunions and conferences. This allows the members to keep up with the parties’ progress and it helps them show their support toward the party. By joining the party you’re allowed to sign petitions to put pressure on an existing government if the party is against, and also takes part in polls. The good thing of parties is they also offer their members to stand for an election to parliament and anyone is allowed to work full time for the party. The members can find out about events from many places by websites, letters, or personal invitations. Another major source of information to encourage participation throughout the parties and raise awareness is through the internet. The parties provide manifestos so any non-members can see the policies the party has. In conclusion, parties implies their members in many different ways and always encouraging them to participate in events, which not only raises awareness of

the party and what it stands for but also makes supports within the party.
