Social determiners impact on health is multi-faceted, ranging from biological, environmental to behavioral influences. Clarke, Niederdeppe, & Lundell (2012), claims that stress causes by economic uncertainty, depresses hormonal, neurological, and the immune systems, which influences health, creating health inequality. This in turn create a generations of global disease The social, political and economic conditions shape the environment, which influence the opportunities to engage in healthy behaviors. Sociopolitical threats can present serious challenges that are of economic and political disadvantage to the population. The less developed a country is, the more likely it is that its sociopolitical institutions will be weak.
