many hardships and interpersonal problems. Granted, many people may know of Henry Ford and of his many achievements, especially for starting up the Ford Motor Company. He is known throughout the world as someone who gave the people the technology to drive. Henry Ford was born on July 30, 1863 on a farm in Greenfield Township, near Dearborn, Michigan. As Ford grew up through his adolescent years he was very much interested in how machines and gadgets works. Growing up on a farm his father wanted him to take over the family farm. Nevertheless, Henry never wanted to be responsible for the farm, but wanted to explore the realities that were in technology. As a result, in 1879, he left home to start working as an average machinist in Detroit city. As he built his skills he knew that he connected with engineering and wanted to do something greater in the future. Ford demonstrated mechanical ability, a sense of great leadership, and the perseverance to not give up for every fail he encountered. As a young child, he was able to develop these characteristics which made him one of the most successful men during his era and created a car that changed the course of our nation. Ford, the developer of the Ford Model T car in 1908 went on to create an assembly line which revolutionized how work was finished in the industry. Due to his great inventions, Ford was able to sell millions of cars and become a world-famous CEO. Nonetheless, the company lost its market dominance after some time, but they created a lasting impact on the development of techniques and technology and the infrastructure of the U.S. Henry Ford had said “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success,” which shows that as his innovative ideas began to form it is important to stand together as a group because standing together gives more power to complete what needs to be completed. His assembly line makes his workers stand together and finish their product efficiently and effortlessly. Ford could have been able to follow his father’s footstep and worked in the agricultural department, but young Henry was fascinated by machines. Due to that he was willing to take risks to pursue that fascination and create something that impacted our nation greatly. Conversely, many great innovators don’t have their fame handed to them.
Ford had many struggles and challenges come his way before he became the maker of an efficient, non costly car that shaped our world into a technological nation. One challenge he faced was the inability to sell cars when The Association of Licensed Automobile Manufacturers did not allow him to sell cars, (“Henry Ford”). This was a huge obstacle for him because when he created the Ford Model T he needed an audience to buy his product or he was going to be bankrupt. Luckily, since Ford was persistent and always fought for what he wanted he went to court against them and won his case. Moreover, Ford was sued by his own stockholders for putting their money into his company and he lost the case. When he lost the case he didn’t just give up, he worked harder to earn back the money he lost and eventually he bought them out and was able to continue building his stocks up, (“Father of the Modern Assembly Line”). Due to his perseverance and persistenceness he was able to continue with his company and thrive instead of seeing it crumble into nothing. His attitude towards his work is how he was able to create a multi-million dollar company and not let his obstacles bring him down, but let them shape him into a better, industrious
person. Evidently, with a vision comes success. It is known that with a dream in mind and putting energy to achieve that certain dream it will become successful and achievable. You get out what you put in and if Ford put so much time and energy into what he did for our nation, it is evident that he was extremely successful. With his creations of not only the Ford Model T and his Ford airplanes, it helped shape our world into a more efficient, time-saving environment for many busy lives. As he pioneered using an assembly line process to build cars it was able to make cars at half the time and price. Using this method he attributed it to be his intent to make cars that middle income people could afford. With this the middle class could afford cars and not only the upper class which gives more people the versatility to travel easier. Moreover, it affects our society today because without his invention of the first appropriately priced car we may still not have the great ideas he had. We would still live in a world where only the upper class could afford everything while the lower and middle classes could not.
Who was once a hero, was now the villain in many regards; he was the protagonist at first, and after, became the antagonist after his fortune took over his morality. Henry Ford had well-meaning intentions at first. Truly wanting to connect the world, he wanted to create a car that everyone can afford and be able to enjoy. Although he achieved his goal of creating this car, the model T, several unintentional controversial ideologies were established along with it.
Henry Ford was a captain of industry. He owned Ford Motors, which was an automobile company. Ford was a man who always wanted his own way and he got it most of the time. The creation he is most famous for is the FORD MODEL T, the car for the commoners. His car became an instant hit amongst the people- the local people and the working class of people because it was very affordable and was not just for the rich. Ford was a very successful businessman but not particularly a nice guy. He expected a lot from his workers but thing is that he also cared for his workers, because he knew that not only were they dependent on him but also that he depended upon them, they were the ones due to which he was gaining popularity and success throughout America. Ford’s great strength was the manufacturing process for his cars. Instead of having people put together the entire car he created organized teams that added parts to the Model T as it moved down the assembly line, this lowered the production prices and also the time and energy required to put together the cars.
Martin Luther should be Innovation's most influential person because he was a great public speaker. At Innovation Academy we present in front of the class a lot and sometimes the whole grade. He used repetition in his speeches, for example he said “I have a dream" and doing so, it helped get his point across so then the audience understood his main point. He practiced but, it took King a while to completely get comfortable with the content of his speech. He took the time to practice his speech and even though his speech was mostly improvised, he understood the topic very well. Another way King was a great public speaker was his pace at speaking. At first his speech started softly and at his own slow pace. After time, his pace and volume increased and it drew the audience’s attention to him, he then became confident. Martin Luther King Jr. should be Innovation’s most influential person because not only was he great at speaking, but he also helped and supported others.
When Henry turned 40 he was broke and washed up. Even after this he went in to the ALAM to get a licence to build his cars, he was shot down. He went on to try for more investors, he again was shot down. Now without investment and no licence he still went on to try and build his cars. This time he just did the necessity not the lucry. This worked! In the first month of his work he built and sold 1700 cars. This was a big thing back then! But he doesn't stop there he goes on to sell 300,000 cars yearly!! Thats half of today's sales!! Ford became one of the highest selling cars available. He came from the bottom to the top l...

Henry Ford was one of the most brilliant entrepreneurs in creating the automobile assembly line, it was his controversial characteristics and unorthodox approach towards administrating the Ford Motor Company which resulted in the conglomeration of one of the most successful corporations in the world. At the turn of the century everything was booming! The growth of the economy and stock market increased the job opportunities as well as morals. As a result of this industrial revolution, out of the woodwork came a humble yet driven man, Henry Ford. Between the five dollar/day plan, his policies on administrating the company, and his relations with his customers, Ford was often presented as a suspicious character. This controversial behavior epitomized the success of the company, it did not lead to his own downfall as many suspect. The Anti-Semitic accusations, and the belief that Ford was taking advantage of his customers, were by far overshadowed by his brillianc!e and strong hand in running his company.

When Henry Ford was born on June 30th, 1863, neither him nor anyone for that matter, knew what an important role he would take in the future of mankind. Ford saw his first car when he was 12. He and his father where riding into Detroit at the time. At that moment, he knew what he wanted to do with his life: he wanted to make a difference in the automobile industry. Through out his life, he achieved this in an extraordinary way. That is why he will always be remembered in everyone’s heart. Whenever you drive down the road in your car, you can thank all of it to Henry Ford. Through his life he accomplished extraordinary achievements such as going from a poor farm boy to a wealthy inventor who helped Thomas Edison. When he was a young man, he figured out how to use simple inventions, such as the light bulb. He then taught himself the design of a steamboat engine. His goal was to build a horse-less carriage. He had come up with several designs and in 1896, he produced his first car, the Model A. When Ford’s first car came out, he had been interviewed by a reporter and when asked about the history of the car, he had said “History is more or less bunk.” Ford worked in Thomas Edison’s factory for years and the left to become an apprentice for a car-producer in Detroit. While working there, he established how he was going to make the car.
Henry Ford was one of the most important and influential inventors and businessmen in the short history of America. He revolutionized the business world and he changed forever the efficiency of factories around the world. One of the reasons that Henry Ford can be considered such an important man is that his ideas and concepts are still used today. Boron on July 30, in the year of 1863, Henry Ford was the oldest child of the family. His parents, William and Mary Ford, were “prosperous farmers” in his hometown of Dearborn. While they we’re well off for farmers, Ford certainly wasn’t spoiled and fed from silver spoons. Ford was just like any other typical young boy during the rural nineteenth century. From early on there we’re signs that Henry was going to be something more than a farmer. He looked with interest upon the machinery that his father and himself used for their farming, and looked with disdain at the rigorous chores of a farmer. In the year 1879, Henry being a meager 16 years old, he moved to the city of Detroit where he would work as an apprentice machinist. Henry would remain in Detroit working and learning about all varieties of machines. Although he occasionally came back to visit Dearborn, he mostly stayed in Detroit, picking up more and more valuable knowledge. This apprenticeship allowed him to work in the factories of Detroit and learn what a hard working blue-collar job was like. When he did return to Dearborn he was always tearing apart and rebuilding his fathers machines, along with the dreaded farm chores. Henry Ford was a hard worker and that was proven by him getting fired from one of his jobs in Detroit because the older employees we’re mad at him because he was finishing his repairs in a half hour rather than the usual five hours. Clara Bryant would represent the next step in now twenty-five year old Henry Ford’s life. The two lovers we’re married in 1888 and would endure good times as well as bad. In order to support his new wife Henry was forced to work the land as he ran a sawmill that was given to him by his father. His father actually attempted to bribe Henry to stay in the farming business as he gave him the land only under the condition that he would continue on as a farmer.
Jackson also influenced one of today's most popular music artists Bruno Mars who stated why he liked Michael Jackson so much:
Michael Jackson and Prince are two contemporary American musicians that are often revered for their works but are hardly ever analyzed for the similarities in their musical styles. Despite their contrasting presentation both artists, have a similar background’s, the same level of musical ambition, peaked in the same decade energetic dance routines and being eccentric.
Michael Jackson and His Impact on Pop Music Introduction: There have always been pioneers in every field one can think of, no matter what. These people had a great mentality and also a taste for innovation and creativity, so they happened to have a great influence on what they were doing. This is why now they are called ‘pioneers’. Music-wise, no one can ignore the impact of Michael Jackson’s music on the mainstream music in totality and particularly on the pop culture. He started as one of the singers of a boy band and ended up becoming the greatest entertainer of all time (according to Guinness records).
Failure is something that can be make or break your life. The one fact of failure that is ultimately true is that failure is something that can always teach you a lesson. Henry Ford was a wealthy man during the 1900’s who invented one of the first automobiles.“Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently” Ford said. Henry ford built his first car in 1896 which took him about twelve hours to build. Time and time again Ford had to make cars by hand taking him hours, but he never gave up and continued to work toward an invention that changed the world completely. In 1913 the assembly line was invented by Henry Ford, this machinery was a way to mass produce parts; now you can build one car in two hours instead of twelve. I admire Ford for this invention and the years it took him to discover how to fail and start over again. He never gave up on his dream of providing every American with a way of easy transportation. Over several years of building cars by hand Ford continued to fail. Ford had to fail and learn from his mistakes to become successful. Failure for me is something that changed my mentality about life just like it did for
Growing up in the South I experienced the affects of desegregation in the schools and saw how one person standing up for what they believe in could make a difference. On the national stage Martin Luther King Jr. was a powerful agent of change. He stood up for what he believed in and was subjected to abuse and violence as a result. Martin Luther King became the leader of a movement that forced huge changes in this country - from desegregation to voting rights to equal opportunity laws.
We all have days that seem like the entire world is on our back, and everything we do is wrong. On these days, I often find myself reading a quote by Henry Ford. He said, “When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.” Henry Ford was a man who was determined to change the world; he created the Ford Model T and developed the assembly line. He was a man who truly understood what
