Today it hurts, but tomorrow it works. Physical therapy is something that will guide you back to your normal life style. There are actually a few side effects to physical therapy, but it is nothing too serious. The side effects are pain, swelling, and psycho-emotional issues. Therapy is very important; it gives an individual opportunity to become a healthier living person who can do things that they could not before.
