Should Nations Go To War Unavoidable?

War is not always unavoidable. Many wars were and are caused by these reasons. World War I and Cold War are a main part of evidence because many things caused the war and that shows a lot about war. During these wars, the circumstances got so poor that some soldiers said that they have seen war but have not seen the desires people had. Also people saw no solution for this war because of how serious and big it got. Little things led to a lot of destruction and that can cause any war. The big reasons why Nations go to war are because of Allies, weakness, and Nationalism. Alliances are one of the biggest reasons wars start, a big example is the Cold War where there were many little alliances that fought fought for bigger countries but the U.s and Russia never actually went war. The United States and Russia both had alliances that fought and still fight for each other. Russia never actually Went to war with the United States because mass destruction will most likely occur but these alliances cause tension and each country tries to help their allies to prove they're are better at supporting their …show more content…

The allies during world war 1 were mostly all secretly made so little conflicts led to one of the biggest wars in history. There were also a couple of neutral countries but they war was caused by the allied countries. “Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire (the Central Powers) fought against Great Britain, France, Russia, Italy, Romania, Japan and the United States (the Allied Powers).” The allies were first small but it got very complicated, for example a Germany and austria hungary would become allies but austria hungary was secretly allied with belgium so now if one goes to war the other two would help.
