Pit bulls

Pitbulls are one of my most favorite animals. There are two different kinds there's a blue nose and a red nose. At one point and time pit bulls were very famous animals. They played in a variety of movies. Pits are not as bad as people think they are.

Does pits have locking jaws? The answer to this question is no. “pits doesn't have any special mechanism” (petfinder.com) that can lock their jaws. However, one personality trait of the Pit Bull breed is determination. Whatever Pit Bulls do, they do it with enthusiasm, and it is this trait that can make it seem like they have a locking jaw “when they bite down on something they are determined not to release it” (petfinder.com).For example, i have two pit bulls a lot of times i roughing them up and play around their mouth area. They begin to bite sometimes i always keep an arm protector on me so when they bite it

won't go into my skin. They bite so hard it makes teeth marks in the arm protector when i try to get them off it's hard that doesn't mean they are “locked” on they just don't release. There weak spot is their nose you tap them on the nose and they release.”The pit bull's "hold and shake" bite style causes severe bone and muscle damage” (dogsbite.com). “The power of the bite is proportional to the size of the jaws and the jaw muscles”(pbrc.net).
Why does pit bulls lick so much?

“All dogs are prone to licking things furniture, themselves, the floor, humans but some dogs seem to do it more than others” (pitbulls.org). This is sometimes a good sign. If your pit bull licks you they love you maybe sometimes they are even bored. Boredom is one emotional problem that causes dogs to lick. Many animals behave this way after being left alone for hours and their families are away from home. “The dog is so happy to see its people”(pitbulls.org), that it begins to lick them to gain attention. Sometimes they can lick themselves because of allergies or something crawling on them. Alot of animals are allergic to things. Majority of animals are allergic to things in the air or being outside around tall trees and have ticks. Sometimes they maybe even allergic to their shampoo or whatever they are getting fed. Always be alert and very careful with your pit bull and pay attention to what they are licking. If it's you and or other humans it's okay “they are one of the most loving, loyal, friendly and dedicated companions you can

have”(petfinder.com).
Are pitbulls very eager to please people? The answer to this question is yes. “A Pit Bull will do almost anything his favorite people ask of him, just to hear their praise”(petfinder.com). Whatever you want your pit to do they will do it in the matter of seconds. When i tell my dog to sit she sits i give her a treat. Many breeds of dogs like to get praised with things they like so when my dog what she's suppose to do i give them treats now they do it all the time without me telling them to. “A Pit Bull will definitely motivate you to get daily exercise, whether you only want to walk around the block or train for a marathon”(petfinder.com). Pit bulls are very active. When you're being lazy they will bother you for you to play with them and move with them. When i walk my dogs we go to the park when i sit down she makes me get up by barking at me and when i get up she starts to run she likes for me to chase her sometimes we even run around the tracks. “They are affectionate with both adults and children”(petfinder.com).
These types of dogs will love you and children to death. Pit bulls are just great. Not only are they active when they are young and growing but “They are fun and playful, even as they get older”(petfinder.com).

When you adopt a Pit Bull, you have a friend for life, through thick and thin.
Just because a lot of people talks about them in bad ways a lot of times doesn't mean they don't have good sides. Most of the time it's because of how people raise them. if you raise them right they will treat you right if you raise them wrong they will treat you wrong but that will only be your fault. I love my pits and i will treat them with love and affection all the time. Truly, happiness is a Pit Bull smile!
