Can you imagine a surviving in a dysfunctional family of children with a alcoholic dad. Well the Gallagher clan consists of a 6 children that survive day to day on whatever they can and however they can. They stay together as a family throughout the whole season. The television series of Shameless that premiered in 2010 Does a consistently well job in impressing me each and every episode. Shameless contains Realistic well-structured script and dialogue all while delivering well portrayed and effective acting.
The season illustrates the messed up family of the Gallagher’s who are not looked over by any parental authority. The father, Frank Gallagher, is a father of 6 six children that he doesn’t watch over due his excessive abuse of alcoholism. …show more content…

I found the idea of the children struggling for money a key point that was simplistic and was relatable to many of its viewers. The show had a repetitive theme of which was family, that entertaining theme was presented effectively throughout the entirety of the season. A well example of this is portrayed through the sex addicted couple of Kev and Veronica, when they adopt a christian girl that came out of the a strange cult. They bring her into their home and grow a deep connection that somewhere along the lines becomes labeled as family. This part in the plot was exceptional because it brought out the paternal side of Kev and Offered the idea that anyone could be considered as family.Another specific plot choice that affected my impression is for example in the season The very young daughter of Frank Gallagher debbie was always portrayed with a innocent intent and had the heart of a child, but there was a dark shadow in her character with later on developing a cynical and serious personality later on in the season. This was an unexpected magnificent plot twist which made me fall in love with the show even more. All while still keeping the theme of family going even when she loses her naivety and does anything to help her deadbeat father. This show managed to bring out a serious themes like genuine pity and sympathy which they played out effectively through the character Sheila. Sheila is less relevant character but lives with her broken marriage and a over exaggerated fear of leaving the house. Overall this show left a lasting positive impression due to its change in
