In today's society, more and more works will not take sexual orientation as a factor to be considered. However, we have to admit that some of the more traditional industries are closed due to the corporate culture and are deeply influenced by traditional culture. Employers also consider the employee's sexual orientation in the employment process, such as male-dominated construction and repairment workers. Behind this kind of sexual orientation discrimination, it is not only the corporate culture but also the economic crisis of the homosexual community

This closed corporate culture not only affects gay employees own development, but also would have some extent affect the company's market image and development. The diversification of the staff background will contribute to the business development.
To create a truly open and inclusive corporate culture is not only a result of the long-term implementation of various methods, but also have direct relationship with the voice from the top of a company. If corporate executives openly show their gay status or their gay friendly and supportive attitude it would definitely attractive talents in different field. Meanwhile, the encouragement of existing employees is also predictable. Because it sends an important message: a gay identity does not hinder a career.
We must address the issue that individuals with same-sex sexual orientation are more vulnerable to financial crises because of workplace discrimination.
